True since it's only adout 45 mints to get to sudic from Clark I have always been hanging out in sudic for the pass 15 years n I watch magsaysay grew from closing the old sm n re renovating it to the newayalal mall
I love the fact that the Philippines Government has not sat idle during the Covid issue. It gives me hope that international travel will eventually begin again in the future. The color choices and exterior view is mesmerizing.
I’m praying that they landscape around the terminal and surround infrastructure and make it a green oasis like the lovely welcome you get at Changi in Singapore. Too many Philippines projects have an obsession with concrete with complete disregard to unifying with the natural landscape and as a result look like vile ugly concrete boxes. This is a great opportunity to showcase the beautiful nature of the Philippines so I hope it’s not missed.

The New Manila International Airport in Bulacan is now under construction. The San Miguel Corporation owns this soon to be most modern Airport in the Philippines. It is worth US$ 14 BILLION dollars plus Modern Airport. It has its own Speed Train from Bulacan to Manila in 15 minutes according to SMC CEO Ramon Ang.

@@natehovee it is interesting. After the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo and subsequently the withdrawal of the Americans, at a young age I thought Clark will just be left like that- in ruins. Then came the Duty Free’s. There are loads of them (Duty Free Philippines is the old commissary. There is a small clothes shop beside it. The Royal Duty Free, PX Club, Arjan, Oriental, JC Mall, Liberty and then, one by one they closed their doors and Puregold DutyFree is the only one left standing.
Cheers ........excellent. We now get an eyeview on what is going on inside Clark and the new soon to open international airport. FINALLY .......I can say id have a nice view approaching a touch down in the Philippines.

Roughly 68 km from Clark International Airport, is another airport being built by SMC called the New Manila International Airport in Bulacan that will dwarf this new terminal. In a few years, Luzon will house 3 major international airports that are comparable in size with our Asian neighbors. Another one in Sangley Point is being considered. I'm hoping that you can stay in the Philippines a little longer and cover those as well.

Would be great to know if they are planning any direct flights from other countries? From memory I think there is only int flights from Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong. As an Australian married to a filipina we always go to Clark via Singapore, it’s a great airport to transit quickly and avoid the hustle and bustle of Manila.

Roughly 68 km from Clark International Airport, is another airport being built by SMC called the New Manila International Airport in Bulacan that will dwarf this new terminal. In a few years, Luzon will house 3 major international airports that are comparable in size with our Asian neighbors. Another one in Sangley Point is being considered. I'm hoping that you can stay in the Philippines a little longer and cover those as well.

For the last 3 years I am flying Zurich to Clark and vice versa with Singapore Airlines to avoid heavy traffic at EDSA coz I am from Tarlac

Would be great to know if they are planning any direct flights from other countries? From memory I think there is only int flights from Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong. As an Australian married to a filipina we always go to Clark via Singapore, it’s a great airport to transit quickly and avoid the hustle and bustle of Manila.
