Your welder is fine you just need to upgrade your A/C outlet to something more than 15 amps, I did just that and now my welder work like it should.

I got it figured out. Less wire more heat. Does pretty good now. But you are definitely right.

Too flat on the middle. Should of rounded the top a little to match the hood. The rounded edges make it look better. Maybe raised the back a little more. But good job over Ll
    I like watching your creativity.

I ended up not using it, but if it helps people get an idea of how they can do something a little bit different than it was definitely a win and thank you for watching. I appreciate it.

U have a speed glass. Me too. About ur harbor freight welder, are u using fluxcore? Does it have provisions for gas & regular mig wire?? I have one, different brand, but it does take gas. All I've tried is flux core so far & not being used to fluxcore , it takes me some getting used too. I think if I got gas & mig wire it would weld like I'm alil more familiar with?

This one is flux core, and no provision for gas. The regular Mig wire and gas weld great I would highly recommend them. I’m selling this piece of crap I don’t like it. Night and day difference. I knew better, but I was trying to be cheap.

Wear dirty pants to save water huh? I'm not judging but I am calling bullshit! I do it cuz I'm lazy & got nobody I need to impress. But I do have work to do that will just get me dirty again. I'm guessing that might be alil closer to why than not? Just a guess.

I can’t keep pants clean so I wear them for a few days. I don’t really care what anyone thinks so I’m fine with it lol. So you are 100%correct
