Reebok/Venom deals are all you need to know about uncle Dana. They were already getting sponsors they just wanted even more from the sponsors. Pure greed. He hates fighters trying to expand their brand and it’s sickening. Dana isn’t getting brain damage and cte but thinks he’s justified in taking more money from the fighters. Also fighter pay hasn’t increased at all and the tickets are up to $2k for floor seats. Casuals sure do love them some uncle Dana tho lol
My impression of Rampage during his UFC days were a dude who is always getting in trouble, always misbehaving, making repeated promises to clean up his act but always failing. So, once he stopped winning, its pretty easy to see the UFC stop putting up with his act. And the UFC is chock filled with characters so, imo, he must have really rubbed people there the wrong way with his behavior and broken promises. I don't often side with Dana either, practically never.
