I knew the Sentry existed but never knew how strong he was till I read World War Hulk. When you go toe to toe with an enraged Hulk that withstood a scream from Blackbolt and almost stretched Mr Fantastic to death you know you’re on god level status.
Wasn't the real Blackbolt. Was a super skull and Blackbold's powers could not be properly copied. Hulk has held back in the fights. Is explained in subplots and later stories. sentry is one of those characters who are effectively as strong as they think they are. only long after WWH does he learn his true power.

Pacified hulk by just looking at him.
Super strength, immortality, super speed, invulnerability, control of molecular matter and energy, omega level telepathy and telekinesis, necromancy, Teleportation, etc, etc. Like the Pre-CRISIS Superman, it gets to the point where it might be more fair to say that his power is actually Reality Warping.
Sentry should've been above Void like 3 times Sentry in his solo series 2005 Death Seed Sentry in 2013 Merged Sentry in 2018 I hate how every writer ignores the past storyline and each writer has his own interpretation with no consistency. The Sentry is pretty much the _definition_ of OP. He seemingly has all the physical superpowers, has mental superpowers, has energy manipulation, can warp reality, can heal people, and even raise the dead. He's literally so OP that his only weakness is himself! Some of his powers are limited because he doesn't fully know how to use them, and has an unstable psyche. Dayum! It would take a good writer to make a compelling story with him, and would have to go beyond just slugging it out with a villain. I'd be interested in it.

That and Knull was still connected to Knowhere's body, he was only hurt after that connection was severed. Also, Donny Cates has always been stupid to the fact that Sentry and Void are both Bob. He literally turned Venom into Sentry at the end of KiB, after killing him without letting him fight even tho he'd just killed a Celestial, then smeared him throughout the tie ins, then sent him to Valhalla of all places. All that while forcing Jeff Lemire's Sentry run out of continuity, which was toxic and disrespectful to Jeff. And he turned Thor into Sentry in the most recent run. Gave him "The Heat of a Billion Suns". Now that's not as much energy as a million exploding one, but still, you see what he's doing. Thor is yet to surpass The Sentry because of his telepathy, biokinesis, and reality warping. Until Thor can manipulate molecules/warp reality as passively as Sentry does, it's almost impossible for Thor to win against a Stable Sentry.

Sentry's introduction to the MCU: The world needs to remember Peter Parker. Because all the reasons. Dr Strange needs to undo his mass memory wipe spell, which undoes previous mind wipe spells. Sentry being one of them. Sentry, being the Angel of Death, was a force of nature, so forgetting about him created a void which craved all the lives that went unclaimed in that time
I’d say Blue Marvel is the most powerful, since he’s KO’d both Sentry and Hyperion. Adam’s durability is slightly lower, but he definitely has more offensive power.

As powerful as Sentry is, let's not forget that Knull killed a celestial with a single attack. It's never been established that Sentry is anywhere near abstract level.

That, and Donny Cates wanted to turn Venom into Sentry at the end I guess?. He did the same thing to Thor in the God of Hammers fight. His go to move is to turn people into Sentry lmfaoo. The sentry is way more interesting than Superman. If they make a movie about him they need to focus on all of his mental problems, not his powers. The fact that an all powerfull "god" is extremely mentally ill it is just scary and interesting.
I’m not really a fan of heroes who have every power out there. I feel this is why you don’t see Sentry being used much. His character is hard to write for because he is like a mcguffin for whatever big bad appears. That being said at least he has Void which is a good gimmick.
but his mental illness makes it so that most of the time he's not fully in control and capable of using the full scope of his powers. They even nerfed him so hard in the Knull Symbiote event.
Knull defeats the sentry and released the void though, then he absorbed it, but in fairness he's at the level of the cosmic abstracts so he's capable of universal level feats. There are power scales of beings that go beyond the sentry but he is on the middle god tier, above Thor but below beings like celestials.

I wonder who will get picked to play a version of (SENTRY) in the M.C.U. if a movie is made someday? I hope the M.C.U. version of (SENTRY) storyline is different; For instance the scenario story I imagine, it’s all about an ex-drug addict, who is getting his life together, trying to find a second job to pay his bills, and I imagine he accidentally swallows’s some unknown liquid when trying to save a person’s life. To add I imagine after (Robert Reynolds Brown) had swallowed the unknown liquid he felt ill, he decided to go home, but he felt to ill to drive his car, and so he had decided to take an Uber, and I imagine he had slept in his bed for two weeks until he had finally woken up. In addition I imagine after (Robert Reynolds Brown) woke up he felt different, he has a strong feeling something is different about himself, and then he thinks forget about that check how things are doing at the place where he had saved a person.

12. Superman is awesome but he can't implant thoughts on other person, let alone the comic writer himself. That's supposed to be the greatest feat a comic character can perform !!
13. Superman cannot exist ahead of his timeline. He doesn't have powers of probability manipulation - such that things work in his favour always.
14. Superman can only absorb energy from a Yellow Sun. While The Sentry HAS power of a Million Suns and can absorb energy from any source (even from heat vision) - and he has limitless potential to do so - thereby having an ability to gain limitless power.
15. Superman can't perform mind attacks, while The Void within The Sentry can. Even Luthor has tormented Superman multiple times by attacking his mind in some way or the other.
16. Superman has a weakness of Kryptonite (except a specific version of him). Sentry doesn't have any such material weakness. Superman have a lot of versions on the basis of various writings - that makes him very subjective.
17. They say, the strength of the Protagonist is reflected by the Antagonists faced by them. While Superman's arch-nemesis is Lex Luthor, The Sentry has to keep fighting his own other self - The Void. To fight oneself is the toughest job.
Nonetheless, superman is also great. These are fictional characters that made our childhood memories. On the basis of data, I think The Sentry has much more feats.

That and Knull was still connected to Knowhere's body, he was only hurt after that connection was severed. Also, Donny Cates has always been stupid to the fact that Sentry and Void are both Bob. He literally turned Venom into Sentry at the end of KiB, after killing him without letting him fight even tho he'd just killed a Celestial, then smeared him throughout the tie ins, then sent him to Valhalla of all places. All that while forcing Jeff Lemire's Sentry run out of continuity, which was toxic and disrespectful to Jeff. And he turned Thor into Sentry in the most recent run. Gave him "The Heat of a Billion Suns". Now that's not as much energy as a million exploding one, but still, you see what he's doing. Thor is yet to surpass The Sentry because of his telepathy, biokinesis, and reality warping. Until Thor can manipulate molecules/warp reality as passively as Sentry does, it's almost impossible for Thor to win against a Stable Sentry.

I’d say Blue Marvel is the most powerful, since he’s KO’d both Sentry and Hyperion. Adam’s durability is slightly lower, but he definitely has more offensive power.

As powerful as Sentry is, let's not forget that Knull killed a celestial with a single attack. It's never been established that Sentry is anywhere near abstract level.

I’m not really a fan of heroes who have every power out there. I feel this is why you don’t see Sentry being used much.
His character is hard to write for because he is like a mcguffin for whatever big bad appears.

Knull defeats the sentry and released the void though, then he absorbed it, but in fairness he's at the level of the cosmic abstracts so he's capable of universal level feats. There are power scales of beings that go beyond the sentry but he is on the middle god tier, above Thor but below beings like celestials.

I hope the M.C.U. version of (SENTRY) storyline is different; For instance the scenario story I imagine, it’s all about an ex-drug addict, who is getting his life together, trying to find a second job to pay his bills, and I imagine he accidentally swallows’s some unknown liquid when trying to save a person’s life.
To add I imagine after (Robert Reynolds Brown) had swallowed the unknown liquid he felt ill, he decided to go home, but he felt to ill to drive his car, and so he had decided to take an Uber, and I imagine he had slept in his bed for two weeks until he had finally woken up.
In addition I imagine after (Robert Reynolds Brown) woke up he felt different, he has a strong feeling something is different about himself, and then he thinks forget about that check how things are doing at the place where he had saved a person.
