cool shit.! lol, i need a OFFICIAL US TAXPAYER badge lol
Nice top notch badge !!congrats!!
thanks!
No lie sound like CrownRick Auto...
In many states having the state seal in the badge is reserved for law enforcement officers lice used by the state.
Your correct some of the southern states like Tennessee you don't nessaserly need the state seal. But mine is because I've been issued by the court
Especially up north in Canada , if you don't for for the government police , customs etc and have a badge , you could be in trouble .
Tyrone yes I do look for security officer I miss you teddy asset visor bland👲 company
What?
Smith & Warren is the top tier badge producer across the different professions. I've had multiple throughout my 20 year career in private sector security and Department of Corrections.
Police do not mail order a badge....sure show the cop impersonating jerks....it is not fun
Lmao ! Wannabe leo 😂 those of us that went to academy and got jobs in law enforcement get a good laugh at people like this
You mean people trying to make their job easier by having better command presence? You know, us that literally hand you guys cases you only need to summarise in your narratives? Too funny...
@@ZEUStheDJ cases, stolen Xbox from aisle 3, good one bud, that’s real street shit
I’m NY security guards make more then police officers. I worked for a security company and I was making 30 an hour. Then after 2 years I was given 5 bucks more.
I need one that says Mall Marshal, to impress women with.
If you ever take a cruise or go to Europe on a bus tour , wear some swanky Joe Mannix PI clothes . If someone ask you your job , tell them you are on assignment and when it is time to pay for something have an International Private Investigator Badge in a nice wallet , with a identification card . I made my card on a photo copier and I have a laminating machine .
They do verify ANY government badges of any sort including municipal and county level with state and federal being top. If you fail to have it verified they will cancel the order within 30 days and you'll get a nice knock on the door from your local LE inquiring on your badge order attempt. No bs.
Hey bud, I am a sheriff explorer and I would like to talk to you about the badge. My discord is Explorer jake#8196.
California allows you to use their official ceil? Texas has said its only for LEOs and 1st responders. Doing that here is illegal and BS! Cool badge
Bro literally showed 57,508 people where he lives😂😂😂😂
The worlds most sexiest n mesmerizing badge to this dayyyy is still LAPD, there's something about it that's so attractive I think it's city hall, knowing how many movies portraied it, it's super unique since it's been designed many companies have tried to copy it
JOHN SMITH You haven't seen a NYPD badge have you?
@@Vincent2wice LAPD looks doper
NYC badges are way better
@@safemoonscorpio6009 lmfao
Same company most LEO badges come from. My deputy badge was a Smith & Warren.
Did you know that Obama out lawed that badge?
nice badge Blackinton makes good ones as well.
great helpd me alot bro !!
glad i could help!
Pretty darn cool man! I'm just not in the market for something that much, i mean i get paid well but this job won't be forever for me is all. I'm working for ERMC now for security but i think ill probably go with a lawpro deluxe security badge. its a temporary job that will look good on a resume to my local police department. I for one don't think its pathetic, these are good jobs to have if your even looking of either making a career out of it or like what i said i was doing it for. A badge to me shows authority. I shows that there is a command presence. It also helps you reaffirm your pride in what you do. Loss prevention and security save companies from big losses and that entitlement to carry a badge. Do what you want man, you owe it to yourself. Congrats and good luck to you!
Just bought it cause I've always wanted one, plus it's something I could look back on 10 years from now... sort of like a trophy ha-ha. But really, I've worked for several retailers and never had a badge look as good as this. This definitely shows command presence and makes my job easier with the "Fight or Flight" situations. Keeps people from thinking twice and cooperate.

Very helpful brother, thank you!!!
Thanks man.
To much money lol
I’m about to make a fbi badge and order all black tactical gear and walk around
No you're not. You can't order LEO specific badges without authorization from that department.
You’re gonna go to jail for impersonating law enforcement lol
@@hmacOutdoors im 16 their just going to not care
super sick man, i do plain clothes loss prevention at Macys
dope
Do you at least have a badge for identity purposes?
Yes, I carry i use a belt clip and carry it on my belt to identify myself when I make apprehensions
Edson Cuevas how can I get a job like that? I've been wanting to work something similar to that or if not that
Omar Montemayor just apply to all the LP jobs in your area! It's hard to get into sometimes because stores look for prior military or law enforcement BUT I didnt have neither but I still got in after applying to a few places... I no longer do LP but it was the funnest job I've eve r had! Scariest job as well... In 2 years of doing LP I got stabbed in the hand and knocked out by some parolee
When you can't be a cop, but wanna feel like one
Not really. This would be really useful for the impression of control while making an app. Especially at companies that aren't hands on anymore.
My understanding is that former president Obama out lawed those oval shaped badges because of course that they are way to heve .
So can make one without the pins because I need one and I work for Star Protection Agency and I’m a Security Officer
People do not understand why you'd want a personalized professional badge opposed to knock off pre-mades from eBay, amazon ect. Very nice badge review exactly what I was looking for, I just ordered my badge about 2 weeks ago eagerly awaiting it by mail.
Yes! People who aren't in the law enforcement/security/LP industry don't get it I guess. Glad I could help, and thanks for watching!
+ZEUS the DJ That is very true and well designed badge display professionalism.
how long you waited for it to arrive?
Insidious Reaper around 4-5 weeks
The way the u.s. is heading, a badge means ....(NOTHING).
Custom badges here , contact me if you'd like to customize your badge
I really prefer the old style badges as made by the "us badge company" from NY.
Those are really awesome.
Ordered mine can't wait to get it
Ovals used to be California-Specific badges, especially the LAPD-style ovals.
Cory McGUCKIN And don't forget the Series 5.2 Diamond-shaped shield
Fantastic badges
I mean...a custom badge for Loss Prevention? He whatever floats you boat man. State seal you already know is no go. The company you work doesn't provide a generic badge? That had to cost around $100 bucks for that.
I'm a regional agent for Southern California with the company I work for ( covering Orange County, Inland Empire & San Diego). Each store I cover have their own badges and they all have different style badges, if and when you can find one. So, instead of looking for one at every store I go to, I would rather have my own.
Not to mention that most of the company's badges look like those toy badges you would get in a police set from the ice cream man lol
He just wants an excuse to wear a badge and pretend like he’s top flight, when in reality he needs to expend this extra effort on leo applications
What are the dimensions of the badge? Im buying one too very soon but am confused about the dimensions. Does 2, by 2,5 inches sound right?
that's a little on the smaller side, especially if you are getting it curved (which takes away some of the width). The one in the video is 2.43" x 3.37". It seems a little narrow because of the curve but, I have it in an oval shaped badge holder (that can be worn on a belt or as a necklace which i picked up from my local GALLS store) and adds some additional width so i'm very pleased! Hope this helps and Happy Holidays!
Thank you so much! And the same to you, Merry Christmas and happy holidays :)
i got a question if anyone can answer it can you make a police badge just for display at your house even though your not an officer?
No. in order to order a police or military badge, they need written consent and approval from the agency.
Correct me if I’m wrong but I’ve been doing a little bit of research and I was under the impression that it was illegal for loss prevention to wear a badge in some states it is illegal for security officers to wear badges because it’s considered impersonating law-enforcement
Especially up north in Canada , a person had better be a government employee . Cop or Customs Agent if not , there could be trouble .
Yeah if I am correct on this Canada has some of the strictest laws regarding gun ownership and the use of badges
@@AlphaWolf62493 Not only Canada , I have lived in England and Europe .
I have an international private investigator badge . I bring it to Europe and use to flash it to the girls , it was better years ago when private investigator shows on tv were all the rage . I made an international private investigator identification card , with a photo copier put a photo on it and laminated it . I altered my wallet , so when I took out money , people would see the badge .
Please tell me that’s a joke!
@@TheAngrySecurityGuardChannel No .
nice
zeus, nice badge, one thing you cannot use the state seal on a private badge, violates section 27867 of the business and professions code.
+Steven McElroy good to know
+The Diligent Christian (Apologetics) officers from different cities in my state have all seen my badge (I cover Southern California) and they like it. They haven't mentioned anything about the seal. Plus it's already there so nothing I can do now. Plus, I think if that were true or enforced, smith and warren wouldn't let you order it cause they do require proof for all police, fire and sherif badges alike.
+The Diligent Christian (Apologetics) for sure!
Is that an adminsitrative policy or a law that can be enforced criminally?
Does not apply. Most LP people are not guard card holders.
how is the badge holding up? do you use Brasso to polish your badge?
Tommy Juarez aside from a couple of drops and scuffs it's still holding up nicely!
not bad im thinking of getting one. im also in California.
dude it is illegal per BSIS to use the state seal on your badge
tsidow2008 no it's not in order to get a badge you need to be licensed
Most LP aren't guard card holders so that's is irrelevant as the BSIS has no say over people who aren't. There are different impersonation aspects that could be brought up by an eagle-eyed lawyer at trial but the likelihood of that happening is very slim.
do you used anything to clean or polish your badge?
Tommy Juarez I'm sure there's stuff out there to clean it but I never polish it, just the ol' wipe of a shirt here and there.
ZEUS the DJ well thank you for doing a review on the badge it looks very well made and worth the money.
High quality man. I ordered mine from them where I work in private protection
Another wannabee cop, where the F are you guys coming from? LOL
@@virgilputz8276 well jack ass since you want to be a smartass about this I was a cop still have my badges from the sheriff's department and local PD. I bounty hunt and have a private investigator lisence.
@@robertelliott6811 yeah tell him robert lol
I too am J. Castillo
Joel Castillo haha cool!
How do you take that seal off. Idk if Oklahoma allows it and I orderd one with a seal like that but it's not the state seal but it's close so I just want to be safe and take it off
And illegal
California B&P code states badges worn must contain the security companies name, the words "Private Security" and a unique badge number. Anything less is considered a violation, both guard and company can be fined. As someone else stated the state seal is also illegal under different state laws. But overall, I enjoyed the tutorial as I own a private security company and it was very useful in examining these particular makers badges. I would recommend checking out the Ed Jones Badge Co.
I guess things changed because I used to rock a generic security badge. Still have it actually. Now, if you are uniformed you have to have a company patch on both sleeves and a badge on the chest
Mike Moronagay....He's a Loss Prevention Agent for a Retail Company, you know..Floorwalker??..nothing more agitating than a dumb ass wannabe trying to sound informed. Get a life!!
most LP people are not security guards and do not hold guard cards that section is irrelevant.
you payed that out of your pocket? The mind set of people who want to be cops alludes me.
unless you've worked loss prevention you wouldn't get it. I do not want to be a cop, I have been doing loss prevention for over 10 years now. This is the career I've chosen and like to invest in myself. Only spend money to make money. So if investing on something I will use daily and will last for years to come plus helps make apprehending shoplifters a little easier then I guess I am what you think of me and other people. Must make you feel good about yourself...
Wow some of you'll attacking the man because he want to represent professionalism, I am also a Security Enforcement Officer and i purchased my own badge to my liking.
+The Diligent Christian (Apologetics) thanks!
+David Held what's wrong with that?
iam a security officer since im from ny i always do like the sunburst badge so i use that too and im not the only one who use a custom security badge in the sunburst style.
you paid money for something that isn’t required for you to do your job? just so you can bust it out like it’s supposed to mean something?? lol security guards are so funny
boobam first off, we got badges assigned to us but the company I worked for at the time had badges that looked like toys. The badge isn't something of a power trip like people think and sure, there are idiots out there that abuse them. This helped out a whole lot with command presence upon badging someone when making an apprehension. They are less likely to fight or flee. Anyone in LP/AP know this which is why I invested in the badge.
@@ZEUStheDJ toy badge for a joke job, apply to your local PD immediately
I think that CA BSIS states that private security including loss prevention, can’t use the state seal on badges and patches.
Most LP people aren't guard card holders. Generally only the uniformed ones (Macy's VSO, Target TSS) will hold a PPSO license, and I don't think any major companies have them wear badges, just jackets or shirts emblazoned with the word security or asset protection. I know for a fact that Nordstrom issues their LP badges and they aren't required to hold a guard card.
