Ok guys this how you do it ok I've got mine working unpair the headphones then press reset then reboot the headphones from the case. Now go back to Bluetooth. Press the back of the case unpair your headphones now go back to app I'm trying to connect once you see the blue lights on the case. Then press bind on the app
