- Check out this new product I found out of Germany. This is a left handed alternative to the WSAD keyboard gaming movement method. This device allows you to move via the joystick freeing up some much needed gaming fingers.

Very cool. This is exactly what I'm looking for.
Console controllers have been evolving every 5 years for the last 30 years. But on PC we are still using the same WASD that we did with DOOM in 1996.
Will do an update video once I've had enough time with it to form an opinion

Too bad it isn’t analog. I was recently running around in FS22 with left hand on 360 controller, right on mouse. I would like the precision of analog movement, with the precision of mouse aim.

You can't just make it analogue. You will need 2 modes for this, a joystick setting for analogue play an d a digital one to assign buttons to 4 or 8 directions.
That was how Logitech did it.
If you want to use Analogue though the game will have to support DirectX input as well as keyboard and mouse input at the same time. Not all Games do that.
So the analogue function is not that universal in any case.
It would be great to have that option in all Games. And have the proper devices for it.
I remember Space Marine being terrible Controller wise, it would have been great with thumb stick and mouse though.
@@MookuuPCcheck out Azeron keypads. They use either a Xbox 360 or a Xbox Elite joystick as the movement control. Worth a look if you want to get away from WASD keyboard useage
I love mine. Build quality is amazing. Works great. I don’t like the software. I don’t have an option to save the backup to a location I choose for the profile and there is no currently supported double press for another macro. Basic stuff. Another reviewer stated this was a capability and it is NOT. I emailed movemaster, they stated there next software version is in beta and will allow for this. They said it would be releasing soon.
The double-press configuration software came out two days ago.

If the device could run on the REWASD software, that would be fantastic. I use the REWASD software for my Azeron keypad. It's well worth paying the small amount of money for REWASD.

Just got mine today. So far casual wasd movement for games like WoW is really comfortable and alone is worth $100 for me. 6 of the 8 buttons on front are great use, not sure about the other 2 due to the finger molds. Missed opportunity for a 3rd thumb button. Non detachable cord on a device this expensive is a bit of a downgrade as you can't change usb-c cables for different lengths or repair. The height was less of an issue than I thought it would be. It's heavy enough to stay put. Again first impressions.
I've had Nostromo, Logitech and Microsoft Strategic Commander left hand devices.
Just put a 2 key keyboard at the back and was able to use my wrist as a slam button. A one key keyboard would work great there.

Reg. your comments later in the vid - I recommend to put the sprint on the primary key of the thumb - you can still jump and sprint at the same time if the secondary button is adjusted accordingly.
Pinky primary I like to use for slide/crouch mostly.

The switches are now Cherry MX Silent (replaceable) instead of Marquardt.
The adjustment range of the secondary buttons is larger.
The hand rest is higher and closer to the grip for more finger reach.
The hand rest has a bevel for more comfort for the thumb base.
All conventional keycaps and similar switches can be used or are compatible.
The grip piece can now be adjusted vertically on both sides.
The MM is more compact due to the smaller base plate.
The MM RSG is about 2 mm lower.
The motion unit is equipped with extra durable plastic (glass ball component) and overload protection for more durability.
The control and response behavior has been fundamentally improved due to the increased accuracy of the injection molding plus the switches and the new haptics in general.
The improved aesthetics.
I love the idea of it, but I think I might be the one group of customers they didn't really consider: people with smaller hands.
Even with the palm rest at the lowest position, and all the front keys at their highest, some of the keys can't be actuated unless I lift my wrist off the rest and push my whole hand over the palm grip

Using the RSG since November and have used the 3D printed version since 2018 - it is awesome. 😎
