Hi Tom. this really hit the nail on the head for me, I always had a similar reaction when asking for time off, but all the early starts and Saturdays done for free never seemed to count! I'm so glad I changed jobs, I get paid for all my hours now, but amongst all, I feel appreciated and my opinion now counts. One of my regrets is that I never managed to buy the mk7 Transit from you as I was leaving my old company!! Well done in the first year of trading, and best wishes for the future 👍👍
I am exactly in the same position.Since October last year so I didnt closed whole year yet, but enjoing it very much with a dash of stress sometimes as everything is on my head now. You are doing very well Tom.140 cars for one man band is good result. All the best.
