Wow!!! Man some real heartbreakers, great day of hunting. Nice little deadhead. I've found two over the last couple weeks. You got some beautiful country to walk over. Looking forward to your next hunt.
I believe what you're finding there are Jakie Stemmed, it has been discussed and is possible that the Jakie Stemmed we're decended from the Dalton culture as the close resemblance to Dalton points. Jakie Stemmed are early-mid Archaic type 6k-4k BC. very nice saves to say the least 😀
I dont doubt some of these are brother. I've found a lot of old stuff at that spot. Good daltons, big Sandy's even a couple cache rivers I believe. Thanks for watching
Dang brother. I feel bad for ya and also good at the same time. Bad for the brokes BUT.... when that water drops wow!!!! wish we had water like that here. I KNOW what's comming for you LOL. smoker city.👍👍💤
Good Morning The people DownRiver 👋😆👍 Happy Valentine's Day ❤️❤️ I hope and Pray 🙏🙏 you all walk upon a gigantic cache of ARTIFACTS MY FRIENDS HAVE A FUN & SUCCESSFUL SAFE DAY YOU GUY'S 👍😃❤️🙏👋
Those first 2 were definitely smokers even with the knicks. Killer scraper and those dalton pieces were just letting you know what's coming. Good to see ya on the hunt , good luck out there brother 👍
Amazing finds! I was wondering about terminology, though. You referred to the biface found around 7:45 as a "blade", which I've seen several other channels do, too. Is this a quirk of New World archaeology? In Eurasian and African lithics, a "blade" always refers to a unifacial removal from a prepared core that is at least twice as long as it is wide and characteristic of the upper paleolithic onwards (an accidental blade from anything other than a blade core is usually called a "blade-like flake"). In terms of conventional morphology, "bifaces" can be knives, hand-axes, preforms, spearpoints, etc. but not blades. Genuinely curious since you're not the first person to say this!
I believe it's a knife blade that i found, we call the blades you speak of flake knives. but only when I see micro flaking on the edge. But I'm sure we use the wrong terminology quite a bit.
PLEASE TELL ME MAN. I got to know some spots. I have my own but I need new ones. The park are d*cks and I can’t find any other spots. U gotta tell me somewhere

I appreciate it man, they haven't been sticking to the bank like they did last year. It's only a matter of time though
i got a question...what do you think the other stones washing out of the bank are? and why are they mixed in with the arrowheads...food for thought
Man, there's alot of fire pit stones grind stones, everything they were using gets washed out
Nice video! That Dalton heartbreaker 😢
I know it, thanks brother
