hehe right said this is we called educated person doing farming with his knowledge and whole agri business what in our education system called as with use of sales maketing and all excel and ms office use in it which illiterate person doesnot know the m ad think doing own business is insult with having education but they donot think and compare the earning and clever person compare the income and he compared it with job then he decided to do business because of large earning in it than job in other company and he is earning 70000Inr per month which a person cannot earn in job even with education that is the difference between business and work in own established business and job in other company .my and his thinking matches in choose of earning way and using of education in it .

ये मेरे गांव में है। मै इनके पिताजी और इनसे भी मिला हूं। इनका बर्ताव बहुत ही नरम है। हर रोज शाम को में इनके फार्म पर घूमने जाता हूं। लोग सुबह शाम इनके फार्म से ही सब्जियां खरीद कर ले जाते है। कमाई भी बहुत है। और मेहनत भी। काफी लोगों को इन्होंने रोजगार भी दे रखा है।
For everyone who is surprised to know the 70 lakh earning. Is is gross earning, the net should be around 55-60 lakh ( considering the labour, processing, machines, maintainance, packeging etc). You should also understand that his farm is in a big city like Delhi, where he can easily supply to Hotels and high income consumers who are willing to pay high price for organic food. This guy has a huge land holding of 28 acres (so the economy of scale works in his favour). He has his own atta mill, oil mill, ghee processing. The per acre earning every year is around 2,15,000 (60L / 28). This is not a feasible model for a small farmer with 1 or 2 acre of land. Small farmers should try the multi layer methods of farming to maximize output and profit. I am planning to start a small farm by end of this year starting with 1acre land using Akash Chaurasia's multi layer farming techniques.
And what if someone has to start after buying a land.everybody saying farming but how it is possible without land investment which is huge and nobody talks about that.A model will be considered successful if someone start from scratch i.e land.Pushteni jameen ke baad to main investment to khatam hogaya.
