From Irish Farm to Italian Fork at Enrico Bartolini restaurant at MUDEC

  • On October 14th Bord Bia teamed up with renowned Italian Michelin Star Chef Enrico Bartolini to launch Irish Grass Fed Beef PGI to the Italian Media and Food influencers. Under the theme “From Irish Farm to Italian Fork” , Chef Bartolini presented a series of inspired dishes featuring premium Irish produce including our PGI beef, lamb and seafood. Milan’s Master Butcher Giorgio Pellegrini and Irish Farmer Avril Murphy were on hand to tell the story of Ireland producing food in harmony with nature.
