Bashing with the Slash Ultimate

Got a chance to wake up early and take the Slash Ultimate for a bit of a bash. Love this car. It’s not the best jumper but it’s pretty well planted and with the suspension upgrades, corners are plenty of fun! I had this on an 18 tooth pinion as well as a 15 tooth and I found that it overheated quite often so I dropped it down to a 13 tooth and I am pretty set on this as I didn’t have any overheating issues at all. I am hitting 44 mph for a top speed and I am also pretty happy with this.
Setup:
13 tooth pinion
54 tooth spur
Velineon ESC and Motor combo
Fans on ESC as well as the motor

I had an 18 tooth in there and it would barely last 10 minutes. Threw in a 16 and it was no better. The 13 tooth is just right for me. Fast enough to be exciting and I don’t have to worry about overheating!
