Sai, a friggin brilliant idea. I had hoped to be moving to Thailand in a few years and was going to build you an elaborate outdoor kitchen to expand your cooking channel. I like your idea better , it's awesome, so apropos to Thai. I'm making moo and gai satay today on my grill. made my marinade, peanut satay sauce and ajaad sauce. I'm sure it won't be as great as yours but it'll be better than most restaurants in my area. They all use chicken breast or pork loin , these are low fat cuts and aren't good for satay. Love the Bahn Thai lek.
