I'm very convinced that the people in charged were heavily inspired by Metal Gear Rising. Thus as to why everything about Frontiers' titans are raw as heck.
They were inspired by Evangelion, at least that's what I've seen some sites claim, for the titans and Sage. Maybe they were inspired by MGR while developing the actual fights and combat though, as the team did admit the combat was originally planned to be in line with games like DMC and Bayonetta.

I love the fact that Undefeatable was their first fight as it was mainly fist-to-fist like Giganto whilst Find Your Flame was Knights theme, so Raiden had a sword with him as he fought Armstrong.

I really appreciate the cinematography of the fight itself
Not only did you sync everything perfectly with the music, but you made the fight look cooler by internationally getting hit and failing certain parries for QTE sequences
This is the greatest thing I have ever seen and all it is, is a music swap, goes to show MGR:R, DMC5 and Sonic Frontiers have some of the best music possible.

the phase 3 started and I started having flashbacks from the first playthrough

you know a development team took heavy notes from a game when the music bangs so well with the game they are taking notes from, it's incredible to see the sonic franchise where it is right now especially after the past few years of shit we had to get in order to get where we are now
I sure do love the idea of the final boss being a minor spoiler. To be fair I’m pretty sure Armstrong is just meant to be an idea or a belief in the form of a physical, very beatable person.

For those afraid of spoilers, just know that mgr is actually a very short game, taking an average new player only a day or two to complete. Once you get pretty good, really only under two hours to beat. In fact, there are only (If I remember correctly,) 7 missions. That's not including VR (Optional challenge) missions.The blade might not look familiar to uneducated viewers, but it's the blade of Sam. Epic Brazilian Samurai sword. It's a free upgrade epic upgrade you get after completing the game, which you can upgrade like the original blade you start with. There are a few special weapons you can get from killing bosses, but I won't spoil those just in case you don't know. And indeed this guy is rich. Didn't even need nanopaste Or fc wig. Much skill I respect. And no hit?! What difficulty did you play on?

6:27 The ending is so fucking beautiful because it is the end of the show and Jack had his friends that help him with everything he's been through a lot but in the end he found his flame and the Raiden we know he's a hero and sonic as well.
