  • What happens when three sisters all enroll in a Springboard bootcamp?
Nadia was inspired to switch careers by her sister, Vianey Luna, who graduated from Springboard’s Cyber Security Bootcamp in 2021 and is now a cybersecurity supervision specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
Seeing her sister succeed after completing Springboard, despite having no technical background-Vianey was a former Spanish teacher-Nadia decided to enroll in Springboard’s Software Engineering Bootcamp.
Meanwhile, Nadia’s other sister, Mireya, recently enrolled in Springboard’s UI/UX Design Bootcamp.
Hear Nadia and Mireya talk about their Springboard experience and share how the program has impacted their-and their sister's-lives.

As a teacher, hearing you both review SpringBoard is very helpful. Thank you! 🎉

As someone who has completed the ENTIRE course 100%, you will not get a job after completing the course, EVEN if you are able to finish the industry design project. I was Team Lead for the industry design project and while it’s helpful to a resume, it’s still not enough.
The capstone projects are not nearly as broad as they should be. It’s disappointing to finish the course, the industry design project, only to be rejected because the projects don’t have nearly enough depth to them.
My mentor praised my work, said my site looked great but when it comes to getting a job, these projects are cute but nowhere close to being enough for someone to hire you.
I graduated 6 months ago, I can’t even get an internship. So I had to basically redo ALL of my projects, include some of my graphic design projects and put some websites I’ve done into the mix just to get people to take me seriously.
The post graduation mentors were a joke too, they can’t give you enough advice on getting hired if the problem is actually with your portfolio.
This was not worth the 14K I paid to South Florida University.
