Yes my ammama had gone through eye surgery as the doctor suggested to her not to touch water to the head for minimum 20days & dont eat hard items for 1month & put eye glasses for 1month even roaming outside & in home to protect from dust soo please follow it for 1month to protect u from future effects

Hiiiii ya but I started cook from next day itself..4 th day went to shoot facing the lights..but as u said I will be careful atleast now for few days…will take care thank you so much ❤️
My mum had her op in 2022, she was 67 then . She took one week rest away from cooking ( stove heat and steam ) she wiper glasses when she went out the walking ( this is after 3days) she had to take regular drops . Then she had her second eye done same rest . She didn’t watch tv , was listen to serials 🤩. Try n avoid cooking and too much excursion. Ly down occasionally and rest ur head ( eyes naturally will get some rest ) Good u got ur surgery done very young . We couldn’t do it as all kids were abroad and my mum had to wait . Pls take good postop care . Doc will tell to take things easy as they only talk best case senario.

Docs will tell that do everything because everyone works are different and pain s different but our duty is to notice the things like (aap moton khaye tab side me dard hua )jaisa so you have to keep notice things at what thing your getting pain then have one discussion with your doctor only then he can gv you advise to take precautions permanently/long time... (This is only the thing that a patient should do with doctors) one news I read very long back because of lenses it's removable lenses one guy by profession he s chef so he use lenses because of heat in kitchen that lenses melt in eyes so he got problem so like this cases to cases are different now this new tech that easily surgery process came anyhow they keep lenses only right ... So you please take rest properly do your regular work while doing when you are facing issues please make a note of it and discuss with doctor ... Example camara lights makeup removal and cooking everything... Take care 😊

Sanaji it's patient to patient different ... Docs will tell that do everything because everyone works are different and pain s different but our duty is to notice the things like (aap moton khaye tab side me dard hua )jaisa so you have to keep notice things at what thing your getting pain then have one discussion with your doctor only then he can gv you advise to take precautions permanently/long time... (This is only the thing that a patient should do with doctors) one news I read very long back because of lenses it's removable lenses one guy by profession he s chef so he use lenses because of heat in kitchen that lenses melt in eyes so he got problem so like this cases to cases are different now this new tech that easily surgery process came anyhow they keep lenses only right ... So you please take rest properly do your regular work while doing when you are facing issues please make a note of it and discuss with doctor ... Example camara lights makeup removal and cooking everything... Take care 😊
