The story about the Norwegian grandmother living in the US... We have a phenomenon, dating back to the Viking area called Vardøger or Fylgje. It's considered a kind and helpful spirit and some people have one with a very strong presence. For some it alerts the one they're guarding to other people arriving and other times it alerts others about the one they're guarding. Sometimes they hang around after the person has left the room or the house. I've experience that with my father and my mother's had a lot of weird experiences where she hears people enter, rustling in the hallway and people walking up the stairs and then silence and no one's there. Fylgje comes in many forms and to have one as strong as that grandmother did is unusual.

I saw a ghost at a community centre in broad daylight. I was a kid, around 11 or 12, and she looked to be about the same age. She wasn't family. She appeared out of nowhere in a separate undecorated room that had spare cups and cutlery, where the fountain drink machines were.
What was wierd about it was she just looked cold and lifeless, not acknowledging anyone, or being acknowledged. Saw her twice going in there, huddled up on the floor, un-moving. Didn't see her anywhere else over the course of the few hours of the party.

The story of hearing all the sounds in the coffee house happened to me but coming home , before we opened the house door (my gf and me) the Tv lights were on and could here Kids playing and jumping , naturally I assumed it was my baby brother and sister , so I didn’t mention anything about it. I open the the and see the house is dark and no one there. I thought it would be impossible for the kids to have left the living room so quick. My gf said “hmm that’s weird” (mind you I hadn’t mentioned anything). And I asked what, she asked “weren’t your brother and sister just playing and the tv on?” I asked her if she heard and saw that too. A thought was maybe they got scared that I might ask why they’re still up as it was nearly 2 am. So I check and they were asleep. We couldn’t figure out where the tv light in the window was and why we heard kids playing and jumping around.

As a matter of fact, i've also been "stuck" in deja-vu mode for a while, sometimes realizing the "script" as i go along, but other times having what seems to be full knowledge of it in advance. Usually this is quick is only encompasses a small portion of an event (a few sentences with a friend or so) but i've been trapped longer in it, having a clear perception of what someone is going to tell me and what i'm supposed to do or say next. It's quite a paradox, since i shouldn't be able to know the future before it happens. I have no idea why or how that happens.

    • @Jolis_Parsec

I tend to have these patterns of deja vu from time to time, though considering that I’m autistic, I figure it’s my subconscious noticing trends from previous events as I experience otherwise brand new situations for the first time.

The feeling of deja vu is believed to be misfire in your brain. Basically your synapses fire wrong, and it triggers that feeling - potentially through making you feel like you “remember” something that you actually don’t.
That said, that wouldn’t explain how you could have knowledge of what was about to happen. If you literally know what someone is about to say (rather than just feeling like you do) then it couldn’t just be a misfire.

I have a real ghost story. Wish it wasn't true but sadly it is.
22 years later I still can't sleep alone. Either day or night. What I saw defies all logical reasoning. I'll never forget waking up to hearing a voice shouting "Don't let Go" I automatically grabbed the bedding, because I could feel it slowly sliding down the bed. At that point I sat up... when I raised my head up I saw the bedding raising straight up into the air by around 5ft. I grabbed the bedding tight and tried to use my weight to pull back by holding tight and throwing myself back full body weight. I heard the voice again "Don't let go" I screamed and remember seeing the sheets pulled that tight that the cotton started to rip.
Then the bedding was thrown on the bed. I was terrified, I then felt something pulling my hair I was pulled flat against the bed. I could feel hands all over me. I was screaming and crying. I was so terrified I blacked out.
    When I woke up.
I was laid on my tummy and I hurt everywhere. At that point I started to see flashes of what happened. I remember crying hysterically while all these images played like a movie. Something had attacked me. I was covered in marks. I turned around and then I saw the ripped bedding, I knew at that point it was no dream.
I ran downstairs and grabbed the phone and ran outside. I was so terrified.
This happened a long-time ago yet I still can't sleep upstairs on my own. Since this happened I bought pet's. They are very good at warning me. I can't sleep unless there is someone else here. Something's you can't get over.

38:00 I live in Idaho. 38:30 seriously a coincidence Twin Falls was mentioned. I'm currently staying in Twin at CSI. Though I don't live in Twin. If you ask around here in Idaho, you're probably bound to find a few people who've experienced something or know of someone who has, or knows of a place that is haunted.
A town here named Kimama(pronounced as Key-my-ma) which is practically empty, has some activity. Used to live there before.

The experiences there in Twin at the dorms at CSI, it was horrible. I actually had to get a blessing done, from how bad it was for me. But thankfully I'm out of there. Left the place last year in March due to Covid shutting down schools.

some the size of department stores down south. It is in an old grocery store. I can easily see spending several hours in the the one in our town. I actually have in just the clothes area alone. And then the books. old electronics area. Shop, bathroom and eat next door, shop. Someone REALLY dedicated could easily do 6-8 hours.
