@@mnomadvfx apparently there was one incident where a female fox's male died from a car accident and she was left with only 12 fox cubs and it was very sad like shouldnt people watch the dam road instead of being on their phones? @@HypeFox You don't know what the person who was driving the car was doing. For all you know, the fox could have appeared out of nowhere; and maybe the car couldn't stop in time! Seriously, people need to stop generally assuming the worst of each other, especially over animals!
We've got several babies (kits) like this on the reservation where I grew up. So beautiful, and can be tamed with a lot of compassion, and dedication to them. I've got a Red, he's 8 now, and he's my buddy. I've had him since he was a week old. He don't like no one coming around me or my family, but that's how foxes are if you're loyal to them, they're loyal to you and your family till death. That's how it works in the wild animal kingdom. Believe that! Trust is virtue!
The thing about animal loyalty is that nothing is more valuable to them than their pack. You can't tempt an animal to betray its pack, unlike human loyalty which is conditional. Generally, humans will betray their pack if the temptation is strong enough. By betray I don't necessarily mean with violence or such drama, but betrayal in other subtle forms where, when presented with a tempting situation, we act in our own self interest first - at the cost of our core group's interests.

I love foxes, never seen them in real life. I see mostly squirrels, birds, cats, and dogs, some times skunks, raccoons, and deers (where I live, NY State).
@sw8741 there is a guy on here who owns a fox because he bought her off of a fur farm, thus saving her life! :3 she is so adorable and amazing. It makes me happy to see her alive
How cute! We have a fox living in a drain pipe and ever since it was little it likes to come out and play in the field when people are walking or driving by it. Sadly I think it is an orphaned because its mama never seemed to be around. We have a lot of coyotes in that area so it is kind of a dangerous place for foxes to live.
People do the same thing with Raccoons, thinking they'll get them as babies and raise them. But most of the time the raccoon starts to turn back wild on them. My friend raised a orphan one but he was always free to come and go as he pleased so this was never a problem. Then finally he went out and found a girl coon and that was that. On occasion for the next few months he'd stop by for a pet and snack but that's it.
Yea precisely why I said their lifespan isn't that long! It's not from humans alone. An animals lifespan in the wilderness will almost always be shorter from predators, disease, injury ,hunger and so on.
I got lucky with that. The pups were usualy all over (there was 4) so i left the camera there for an hour and this was all i got and it wasat the last minute just before i i walked down, had actualy waved as the truck went by.
This 11 year old video has better quality footage than most bank security cameras.
Not sure why that made the MGS alert theme play in my head.

The instincts of that fox to hide from the car are great because you know it will be less likely to be hit by one.
Probably as with foxes coming into towns/cities more they have adapted to be wary yet curious for the sake of gathering food.

This is the quality of a BBC Walking With series. The predatory Dodge Ram hunts young Kits, this hunt was unsuccessful.
Ngl, I'm wary around Dodge Rams on the road; the drivers tend to have road rage.

How did the person know the fox would come out & why is the fox being that social?? Anyways, that fox is adorable.
BriettaPolly i knew there were babiesin there so I left my camera running in front of the hole.
Cute! There's a family of foxes living in the woods behind my house. I see them quite often. It's funny because our neighborhood is named Fox Trail.

to live in the wild world is so hard, furthermore it is threatened by human activities...
you must not have any money. if you did, you'd know it's ferocious.
In human development, baby stops being called a baby after about 1-2 years... after that it's an infant... so that's an infant fox.
Being suddenly recommended this video, I was not expecting the car let alone noticed a whole road.
