I remember watching this YEARS ago in my early 20s and it made me feel good. I can't believe this video is almost 10 years old. Hilah you are a legend in my book
I remember watching this when I was 13 and living for it. I failed the recreation of this recipe horribly back then, maybe as an adult I’ll try it with success
OK, so I did this recipe yesterday, and also did the salt and sugar brine method for 6 hours using the same dry ingredients shown here to compare. The pickle soak (I did two hours) was very, very good while the salt/sugar brine was a bit salty and didn't taste as close to Chick Fil A. This is the ONE recipe you need to make great copycat sandwiches. Thanks!
You can cut into it to see if it's cooked or use a thermometer to check the inside temperature. It should be at least 170ºF inside. If your oil is too hot, or the chicken is very cold when you put it in the oil, you're likely to cook the outside before the inside is done. But if you use boneless chicken, pound it thin, and fry it at a moderate temperature (350-360ºF) it should be cooked through in just a few minutes. Hope you try it!
I made this for my family, we loved it! My wife and I haven't had chick-fil-a in a few years. Our children have never had their food, so its nice to give them a nice treat without us paying a company to pay an organization to stop same sex marriage. What we do in our homes is our business. My family and I are happy. Our children aren't corrupted, evil, or even confused. Now the six of us can sit at our family table and enjoy this nice, yummy meal.
They will sell food to anyone. Doesn't matter if you're gay or not. They don't discriminate. They might have different opinions on sexual orientation than most people, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion in the US. If the CEO, or who ever it is, thinks that being gay is "wrong" then they have that right. Much as you have the right to think otherwise. Boycotting the store, which is run by local people working at slave wages, isn't doing anything. So I don't understand the boycott. Food is food. They aren't forcing their opinions down your throat, they're only putting their food down there.
It wasn't just because of an opinion, I think he donated money to an anti-gay organization. You're not wrong necessarily, but the reason for the boycott wasn't as simple as someone having an opinion.
***** which is a boycott... Boycott "withdraw from commercial (i.e. purchasing of products or goods) or social relations with (a country, organization, or person) as a punishment or protest".
I'm a transgender woman. I've been refused service at a Chik-Fil-A before, in Georgia. They discriminate against LGBT people in hiring. They have company-led prayers and those who attempt to opt out will find themselves in a bad spot. Additionally, they financially support organizations that work to take rights away from LGBT people. They're not getting my money, and yes, it _is_ a boycott.
Gladigator Crandestrine Its his money to donate. Just like if you donated to a pro gay organization. someone would be in an uproar about it. You can't please everyone all the time
Gurlll... YOU ROCKED THE CFA! Adorable, and my daughters will absolutely LOVE you, and your sense of humor. #PrideMonthHaay I will make this for tonight's dinner, so I will let you know how it came out. P.S. I have never fried anything (yet!), so I will do this with my Air Fryer, which has given me excellent results. Cheers Hilah ;-)
Thank you soooo much for this recipe!!!!! My girlfriend is absolutely obsessed with Chick Fil A. I was able to make 4 sandwiches out of one decently sized chicken breast. She absolutely loved it!!!! In my opinion it's better and definitely better for you than the actual restaurant! Sending thanks from Houston!!
Oooh butt I did lol and when she started in about her buns ! and I would help powder her breasts any day ! uh huhhh so you think none of that was planned lol
Loving you for this video! I felt the love! :D :-* Thank you! I never had Chick-Fil-A because I am originally from Germany and when I moved here last year the hubby said "No Chick-Fil-A for us, boo, they don't support us..." But now I can eat it... #HAPPYFACE
Daniel Beaver- I’m sure Dan Cathy is deathly afraid upon encountering a homosexual, just like an arachnophobe encountering a spider. After all, they’re both “phobias” right?
Hilah! I've watched you for like 500 years and I love you! I am a Christian and I love all gay people! I love people of every color, race...whatever...because we are all the same. To explain my Christianity would take too long but I love God. I think I'll make a video about this. I've been on UA-cam since 2007 and closed my channel in the Spring. Then, I came back...so all my old videos are gone. I need to start making them again.
I appreciate the fact that you say you love. But if you love God like you say you do than follow him, because in his word(the bible) he clearly says in Lev. 18:12 That You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination. God does not want anyone to perish including those who are homosexuals.
yeah, you can't say you love gays and support them in their sin. Or support those who are refusing to work with Christian business in solidaority with those in sin.
Thank you! As an african american gay woman it broke my heart to turn away from Chick fila...although butane as an ingredient really sealed the deal. But no more! I am gonna make this for my lil sister who is still saddened by her departure in support of her big sister. Rage on...
Some of the comments here are unbelievable. This is the 50's all over again-- hating on people and denying them equal rights because of the way they were born.
Hilah you are hilarious! And maybe I'm hilarious, too. Just in the first minute and a half, I've heard several phrases that could have been sexual puns, metaphors, innuendos, etc. I love "Oops, my meats poking out of the end!" *rofl* Sorry. I know I'm incorrigible! Anyway, keep doing what you do! I'm learning so much from you and getting so many laughs at the same time! =)
This was the first Hilah video I saw. I think I was directed here from Wipe out homophobia, but 5 months later I am still watching and looking forward to the new videos :)
just subscribed! this looks delicious i have a question i am wondering if you know what a good chef knife is i am trying to upgrade my kitchen and need some advice on a knife
I love gay people and chicken sandwiches! Even though I have a gay friend who eats at Chick-fil-a I won't give them my money. Glad I found your video you are entertaining and compassionate subscribed!
This recipe is AWESOME! I used it at Church for a dinner we were making to feed a teen group that was remodeling a home for a disabled woman, and they THOROUGHLY APPROVED!
I LOVE IT !!! Thank you for the recipe ! Hahaha ... she totally understands me, I love the sandwich but will never it there again, not even if it was for free.... I stand for what i believe and care for.
Hilah, I finally made this tonight. My problem was the breading didn't stay fully, but in think since I didn't measure anything I think that's where I messed up. I'll be making it again soon. Moist and delicious!!!
Glad you made this video, seeing as I stopped eating there myself due to their donations to anti-gay groups and, seeing as I'm a huge supporter for gay rights, now I can make my own Chick-fil-a sandwiches at home. Quick question: you DID fry it in peanut oil, right?
I thought that this was pretty funny just because she named it chick - fil - gay haha. I only started watching Hilah's videos because I like how she makes cooking fun........ Everything with Hilah seems to be positive haha
Yes, some people have tried that and liked it. But really, the pickle flavor doesn't come through, even to people who have said they hate pickles. It just makes it really juicy and salty. But I totes understand if you don't want to buy the hated pickles just for the juice!
The pickle juice marinade is a great idea! I make my own jalapenos escabeche, and after I eat them I always have spicy pickle juice left in the jar. Now I know what to do with it. Thanks!
I lost track of the sexual innuendos in this video... So kudos on that. I need to point out though, there is no consistent evidence that MSG is bad for you, some people claim to be allergic/have a sensitivity to it, but thats true with a lot of things (gluten for example). So as long as you dont have a sensitivity to it, there shouldnt really be an issue using it. In fact, you would be surprised how many things its in that most people eat every day and dont know its in there, and never have a problem, but the moment you tell them its in there, they get all anaphylaxic. Its a naturally occurring amino acid after all. The fear arose a long time ago with the coined phrase "chinese food syndrome", but the evidence for it was anecdotal, and in every study since the reported symptoms were inconsistent, and while the more common symptoms have stigmatized the additive, MSG has 1/5 the lethality of regular Salt, and so has been approved by the FDA as GRAS (generally recognized as safe), It cannot be rated higher since some people do claim to have a sensitivity to it. In fact, there was even a double blind study on MSG, and the only person to have a "reaction" was someone with a self-identified sensitivity to MSG, and he had been given the placebo, not the MSG. Go figure. ;)
Thank you! I was going to point this out as well. MSG is essentially harmless and should be treated no differently than table salt. The hydrogenated oils (trans fats) some Chick-Fil-A items are a serious concern, though, so this recipe is still much healthier than the real thing.
John Miranda - Have you (or anyone) demonstrated a link between Autism and MSG? I could just as easily point out that Asian countries have the highest consumption rate of Ginsing Tea as well, should we now assume now there is a link between Autism and Ginsing Tea? No, of course not, that would be silly. Correlation does not equal causation. As far as MSG being a chemical, so is dihydrogenmonoxide... also known as water.
John Miranda And this is the same argument people use who say milk causes osteoporosis. You can pick any two figures and link them together if you want to, but you need scientific studies to actually make a logically-sound deduction.
Here's a news flash for you. Just because evidence is anecdotal does not mean it is incorrect. Also, here is something I learned from my college logic and critical thinking class, anyone that ignores an emotional argument is an idiot. Not saying you are an idiot though.
i'm not a protest type person so I don't really give 2 hoots about the political stance of anyone but I believe this young lady has as much right to her opinion on her youtube channel as chick fil a does in their contributions to organizations, don't you?
You cant hate a guy because he instills his beliefs in the company his family owns. He was raised a traditional christian doesn't support gay marriage because its against his beliefs, but I don't see gay people being discriminated in the restaurant. They are closed on Sundays because they want to give the opportunity for church going employees a day to go to church.
She never said she hated him; she said she couldn't support him. She is well within her rights to do that. No, that is not the reason that CFA is closed on Sundays.
totally agree with mara. people love putting words in peoples mouths. i actually heard the words happy, sharing is caring so who is the hater now? yeah thats right. chick fil a
Uh, yeah, actually I can. I can hate someone for believing in a religion that historically and currently oppresses my people, and I can hate a guy for being anti-gay either as a result of a religious belief or otherwise. AAAnd just because gay people aren't discriminated against by the employees in the restaurant, does not mean that the owners do not discriminate against gay people. I will not support their business. End of story.
Me neither...the guy IS indeed anti-gay....he may not support gay marriage (fine with me), but he is still anti-gay. Store owners may not have a problem with gay employees, but apparently the CEO does.
You already have equal rights, the belief of one company owner is not going to change that. You think this company is a like a nazi war machine trying to oppress you with every fucking dollar they earn? Grow the fuck up.
Check my privilege? Why do you assume I am privileged? I could be the gayest guy the world has ever known for all you know. You are assuming my sexuality and for that reason alone maybe you need to check your dam fucking privilege.
Why is it we need to agree with someone's political/religious beliefs in order to do business with them? Are we voting them into office? People are constantly in a state of offendedness (don't think that's a word but it should be) these days. I don't go to Burger King and ask to see a bio on the man who founded the place before I order my whopper. In fact, I don't do that at any place I give my money to, and neither do most people I imagine.
True. Just because an old guy in charge who has his own beliefs (NOT EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE) and it's obvious because they lose tons of money from closing on Sunday doesn't mean I'm not gonna eat their delicious food AND support all the people working there who have all kinds of beliefs. It's ridiculous.
Imagine that! They close on Sundays and still make tons of money. I read that one of the owners died not long ago and was worth many millions. When that so called Gay protest was going on I noticed that the lines of cars going around my local Chic-Filet still wrapped around the building as always.
Chick fil A made it clear they didn't support gay marriage which is not the same thing as "not loving the gay people so much". It was just their personal opinion. Now if they didn't allow hiring of openly gay people at their stores, that would be a different story.
Did you use peanut oil to fry the chicken? Because I believe that's what CFA use to fry them. Plus they always have a sign that says something along the lines of "we use ...100% peanut oil ... allergic to"
I had no idea that Chick Fil A were donating our hard earned money towards anti-gay organizations.. I think I'm going to go buy a Chick Fil A sandwich tomorrow ;)
I still eat at Chick Fil A once in a while. I mostly just think of the franchise owners that may support gay rights - who knows - instead of thinking about the top people. Also, if we stopped eating at places or shopping at places simply because of someone's views we probably wouldn't eat/shop at a lot of places. They're just smart enough not to make their views known to the world.
+xTiffannyx Buttermilk is an excellent marinade for fried chicken. It makes the chicken moist and juicy and only slightly tangy. If you use it, you could probably eliminate the egg mixture since buttermilk is thick and will cling to the chicken.
Sometimes you just have to put politics aside and go get the real thing. I have plenty of gay friends that still go to Chick Fil A. But I do live in Atlanta, home of Chick fil a. And home to a very large gay population also.
wow. so uh first off. just because you have gay friends doesn't mean you can't go to a really good restaurant for amazing food. Also being a Christian founded/run business means literally the opposite of "not loving the gays". Christian's, REAL Christian's not CLAIMED Christian's, love EVERYONE we just don't support gay marriage or LGBTQ.. it's not our beliefs. Let me also remind you that when people were protesting and being rude to Chick-fil-A, THE BUSINESS MADE SURE THOSE PEOPLE HAD WATER BECAUSE IT WAS HOT OUTSIDE. Get educated before oppressing and trying to eradicate a religion. Thanks.
+PizzaJester lol "eradicate a religion" is taking it a bit far. You should educate yourself on the founder of cfa donating money to organizations who teach conversion therapy. Agreed that many individual franchise owners are good people, though
Hilah Cooking soooooo giving money to organizations who teach conversion therapy = don't like gay people....yea....that makes no sense. Conversion therapy are for people who are confused about their sexuality and want to talk to someone or that maybe want to convert their sexuality but don't know how to do so. These therapists are trained to be patient and gentle with their patients and ultimately if u go to a therapist it's your CHOICE. All chick fil a is doing is giving people who are homosexual options of what they can do that's all. They don't treat gay people bad in their restaurant I mean they hey don't even need to know ur gay it's like they ask you as soon as you walk in so just cause this a Christian organization the avoiding to eat there cause you have gay friends makes no sense but hey you do you I guess xD
+CaLiBoYz conversion therapy is MOSTLY not of choice. MANY get forced by their parents/relatives to undergo this process... and if it is an indivual choice it is because they get effected by all the hate they receive from being gay
Oh, nonono, how very wrong you are. But here let's look at the facts! Chicken breast - $2.50 a pound; 8 oz per breast; $1.25 per breast; half a breast per sandwich; $0.75 per sandwich Pickles - $3 per jar; 64 slices per jar; 2 slices per sandwich; $0.10 per sandwich Buns - $3 per bag; 8 per bag; 1 per sandwich; $0.38 per sandwich Eggs - $2 per dozen; 2 per batter; $0.33 per batter; $0.16 per sandwich Flour - $3 per 5 pound bag; 1 cup per batter; $0.17 per batter; $0.09 per sandwich Grand total per sandwich? Roughly $1.56.
Yea lets support anti-gay bigotry from a company like CFA instead! SO worth the sandwich fix!.....that you can make yourself.....and for cheaper..and more customized......with just a bit of time and effort.... Just say it like it is instead of using the supposed cost as an excuse....you're too lazy to make this yourself so would rather just get it at the drive through. Which is your right. But fyi....those of us who cook regularly at home likely already have most of these ingredients purchased in large quantities (in comparison to what is needed)......especially the seasonings and basic ingrdients like flour, eggs, milk, and oil , not to say that they don't cost money because you already have them....but the total cost per sandwich comes out to way cheaper than it is at CFA regardless.
I made it without celery salt and it came out very good. My only complaint was that it could be a bit crispier. A Google search revealed that maintaining a good oil temp and adding Ac'cent (MSG) will help with that.
so lets not eat at chick fil a because someone has there own beliefs but yet thats one person not the hole company and you really think theres not a single person thru out the hole mcdonalds franchise that has those same beliefs so if they do believe in no gay merage are you not going to eat there and im not saying i agree with the chick fil a founders opinions but with that being said its there opinion right...... so let them have it
max mylo bb The company donates money to lobbying organizations that work to weaponize legislation for the purpose of harming LGBT people and stripping us of rights. So... no, it's not just a matter of one guy's personal beliefs. If I buy food at Chik-fil-a, I'm literally funding my own oppression.
1) work on your grammar and spelling 2) chick fil a sued a gay couple just because they were kissing 3) their donations are funded to anti-gay organizations
On your website it says to add alot of spices like paprika, salt, pepper, etc. but in this video you just used pickle juice. Do we need to include spices or just use pickle juice?
I loved Chick-Fil-a too...But stopped going for the same reason you did. Not because I have any gay friends.. I just support them and and their rights..And I'm against anyone who is against them. So... Cant wait to try this ! THANKS !

Amber Jariwala I was thinking it but thought it best to check the comments and boom so was every one else. lol
Amber Jariwala ikr she looks so much like Lisa Kudrow
smelly cat smelly cat...
Sounds like her too
People are literally leaving death threats on a recipe video. Incredible. Absolutely incredible.
I can do and say whatever I want on my own channel, thanks very much. Not everything in the world needs to be approved by you.
Always revisit this recipe when I'm feeling some Chik Fil A on a Sunday. You're so cute lol.
Chick-Fil-A doesn't like gay people? Man, I didn't realize Chick-Fil-A was an actually human being.
I made this for my family, we loved it! My wife and I haven't had chick-fil-a in a few years. Our children have never had their food, so its nice to give them a nice treat without us paying a company to pay an organization to stop same sex marriage. What we do in our homes is our business. Complaining about msg? What is this, 1997? Does no one else read up on the science behind food myths?
Nice recipe though.
Doc Awful beat me to it...by three years.

Boycott "withdraw from commercial (i.e. purchasing of products or goods) or social relations with (a country, organization, or person) as a punishment or protest".
Chick-fil-A's president and COO Dan Cathy decided to have his company donate money to anti-gay political organizations.

So yummy. I'm not crazy about pickles or pickle juice, however. Is there an alternative I could use to marinate the chicken in?
Thank you soooo much for this recipe!!!!! My girlfriend is absolutely obsessed with Chick Fil A. I was able to make 4 sandwiches out of one decently sized chicken breast. She absolutely loved it!!!! In my opinion it's better and definitely better for you than the actual restaurant! Sending thanks from Houston!!
Did I miss it or did she skip over making the wet mixture?
It's in the description box.
I am very impressed you didn't make any jokes when you were talking about pounding your meat :)
Oooh butt I did lol and when she started in about her buns !
and I would help powder her breasts any day !
uh huhhh so you think none of that was planned lol
She did say "while I toast my buttery buns"
Do I absolutely need celery salt?
Chi nahh
Chi nope. I made it without it and it tasted great.
Thanks! Someone else commented that they add pickle juice to meatloaf mixture, too, which sounds interesting. I love pickles. :)
I made this today and it was absolutely fabulous! thanks so much, I'm definitely making it again.
My partner and I have made this recipe several times and we swear by it! Crispy and delicious barely begin to cover it.
Loving you for this video! I felt the love! :D :-* Thank you! I never had Chick-Fil-A because I am originally from Germany and when I moved here last year the hubby said "No Chick-Fil-A for us, boo, they don't support us..." But now I can eat it... #HAPPYFACE
So dumb.
you forgot two important ingredients. Holy water, and homophobia
Daniel Beaver- I’m sure Dan Cathy is deathly afraid upon encountering a homosexual, just like an arachnophobe encountering a spider. After all, they’re both “phobias” right?
Love this! Do you have any substitutes to marinate the chicken in besides pickle juice?
Instructions unclear, cooked my gay friend instead.

You look like Phoebe from Friends....
Thank you! As an african american gay woman it broke my heart to turn away from Chick fila...although butane as an ingredient really sealed the deal. But no more! I am gonna make this for my lil sister who is still saddened by her departure in support of her big sister. Rage on...
Quick question: What ingredients are in the wet mixture vs dry mixture? Thank you!
She looks like phoebe from friends. But anyway loved the recepe.
David Imperato
Lol
you don't cut raw chicken on wood
Some of the comments here are unbelievable. This is the 50's all over again-- hating on people and denying them equal rights because of the way they were born.
What makes up the wet mixture and what makes up the dry mixture???
No, the spices all go in with the flour. The marinade is just pickle juice (and Tabasco sauce if you want to add that).
3:17 look at the top right corner on the shelf there's a very interesting book... LOL
Just wow.....
+Sugary_King Lol XD
+Sugary_King HAHA
+Sugary_King How the hell did you even notice that

No such thing as "homophobia", dumbass. Are you fecalphobic for not wanting people shoving poop in your face? ROFLMAO
thank you!!!!! wish you were my neighbor!! love - gay japanese boy from hawaii
just subscribed! this looks delicious i have a question i am wondering if you know what a good chef knife is i am trying to upgrade my kitchen and need some advice on a knife
Cathy is an amazing man. It is so awesome that he is standing up for what is right.
I love gay people and chicken sandwiches! Even though I have a gay friend who eats at Chick-fil-a I won't give them my money. Glad I found your video you are entertaining and compassionate subscribed!
i subscribed to your channel because of this video. love it
Is there anything to substitute for pickle juice?
You could just do a salt water brine if you don't want the vinegar taste from the pickle juice
This recipe is AWESOME!
I used it at Church for a dinner we were making to feed a teen group that was remodeling a home for a disabled woman, and they THOROUGHLY APPROVED!
1:18 what i say when a hot girl walks by...
after watching this, and what you said,
i luv you even more. keep on doin' what
your doin' Hilah! muwah!
I LOVE IT !!! Thank you for the recipe ! Hahaha ... she totally understands me, I love the sandwich but will never it there again, not even if it was for free.... I stand for what i believe and care for.
Ah, so you'll use their recipe but won't eat a free sandwich if they made it. You stand for nothing.
Okay, Hilah, when does the waffle fries recipe come out. lolz
Hilah, love you even more for supporting lbgt! Bravo :)
LGBT????? LOL strange because most gays do NOT like transgenders.
I thought that this was pretty funny just because she named it chick - fil - gay haha. I only started watching Hilah's videos because I like how she makes cooking fun........ Everything with Hilah seems to be positive haha
If you don't like pickle juice (or pickles for that matter) what else could you use to marinate the chicken in?
I like the orange counter tops
chic fil gay. after eating this sandwich, it will turn you gay
AKA best sandwich ever invented
Thanks for being so awesome, Hilah! Great recipe, and a great cause. We don't need no stinkin' company to make a tasty chicken sammich. #staystrong
What is in the dry ingredient?
Yes, some people have tried that and liked it. But really, the pickle flavor doesn't come through, even to people who have said they hate pickles. It just makes it really juicy and salty. But I totes understand if you don't want to buy the hated pickles just for the juice!
Buy one of these chicken sandwich meals with taxes and the cost is $6.66.
WHY IS EVERYONE TALKING ABOUT THE GAYNESS AND NOT THE CHICKEN?!?!
isn't Phoebe a vegetarian?
Would it make a difference if I used garlic salt instead of garlic powder and celery salt?
Was that just an egg wash and bread crumbs? It looked really good!
LOOKS LIKE PHOEBE!!!!!
Someone on SpoonUniversity has plagiarized this recipe: texas.spoonuniversity.com/recipe/eat-copy-cat-chick-fil-sandwiches/
I saw that! A commenter even asked about it and the author denied. :(
Boo on SpoonUniversity.
+James Ranson spoonuniversity cannot be real.
I've been meaning to do this for a while. Had my chx_breasts marinating overnight. Fried it up tonight... so.damn.juicy and tender. Thanks Hilah.
The pickle juice marinade is a great idea! I make my own jalapenos escabeche, and after I eat them I always have spicy pickle juice left in the jar. Now I know what to do with it. Thanks!
Where did you get that meat hammer thing?!
If MSG was actually harmful to your health, most of Asia would be devoid of human life.
Not saying you are an idiot though.
this sandwich turned me gay
UwU
your worrying about msg, but your frying. .
the chick - fil - gay sandwich actually makes sense . good name ! :], btw love ur cooking !
i'm not a protest type person so I don't really give 2 hoots about the political stance of anyone but I believe this young lady has as much right to her opinion on her youtube channel as chick fil a does in their contributions to organizations, don't you?
Why waste my time making this shit when I can get it at chic fil a in just 5 minutes.
DracoRex Cyclo then why the fuck are you watching this video lmaoooo
Yes it is you fuck tard. While it may not be the only reason, it is still the main reason.
Somehow, you reminds me of Phoebe from Friends. Wicked sense of humor
its funny that u marinaded in pickle juice bc i worked at chickfila and they actually do that ( :
is the paprika optional or it's a must in the recipe?
I'm pretty sure a lot of gay people like their food. Just not their beliefs.
I'm gay, I really love their food, but if every dime I spend there is actively going against my equal rights, then I can't give them money anymore.
Adam C. Exactly. So then why does chick fil a not hire gays? They shouldn't care right?
Plus...this chic might look like Phoebe but wayyyyy hotter! lol. And this recipe is awesome!
Adam C. Does someone’s life decisions really bother you that much just stfu and stop being noisy in other people’s business
Plus they always have a sign that says something along the lines of "we use ...100% peanut oil ... allergic to"
Can you save the oil after frying?
I had no idea that Chick Fil A were donating our hard earned money towards anti-gay organizations.. I think I'm going to go buy a Chick Fil A sandwich tomorrow ;)
Me too. And tell everyone at Church! Thanks Hilah 4 the Info
Nobody can make nothing better that chick-Fil-A! Get that through ur head!💁
What can we use instead of pickle juice?
+xTiffannyx Buttermilk is an excellent marinade for fried chicken. It makes the chicken moist and juicy and only slightly tangy. If you use it, you could probably eliminate the egg mixture since buttermilk is thick and will cling to the chicken.
I don't see where you posted the ingredients for the coating.
PizzaJester I'm bisexuals and.I eat Chick-fil-A all the time
Hilah Cooking they stopped donating money to those companies
+CaLiBoYz conversion therapy is MOSTLY not of choice. MANY get forced by their parents/relatives to undergo this process... and if it is an indivual choice it is because they get effected by all the hate they receive from being gay
Lets see spend 20 bucks in ingredients to make 1 or 2 chicken sandwiches or just pull up to chick fil a and get a chicken sandwich for like 3 dollars
more like 5 dollars lol
Oh, nonono, how very wrong you are. But here let's look at the facts!
Chicken breast - $2.50 a pound; 8 oz per breast; $1.25 per breast; half a breast per sandwich; $0.75 per sandwich
Pickles - $3 per jar; 64 slices per jar; 2 slices per sandwich; $0.10 per sandwich
Buns - $3 per bag; 8 per bag; 1 per sandwich; $0.38 per sandwich
Eggs - $2 per dozen; 2 per batter; $0.33 per batter; $0.16 per sandwich
Flour - $3 per 5 pound bag; 1 cup per batter; $0.17 per batter; $0.09 per sandwich
Grand total per sandwich?
Jen Tuesday Racism is $2.50
$3 hahahahahahahahaha
How do you make the wet mixture?
I made it without celery salt and it came out very good. My only complaint was that it could be a bit crispier. A Google search revealed that maintaining a good oil temp and adding Ac'cent (MSG) will help with that.
so lets not eat at chick fil a because someone has there own beliefs but yet thats one person not the hole company and you really think theres not a single person thru out the hole mcdonalds franchise that has those same beliefs so if they do believe in no gay merage are you not going to eat there and im not saying i agree with the chick fil a founders opinions but with that being said its there opinion right...... so let them have it
It's about giving money to bigots, who use that money to fund other bigots. I can't make you understand that.
max mylo bb The company donates money to lobbying organizations that work to weaponize legislation for the purpose of harming LGBT people and stripping us of rights. So... no, it's not just a matter of one guy's personal beliefs. If I buy food at Chik-fil-a, I'm literally funding my own oppression.
kid your so right
1) work on your grammar and spelling 2) chick fil a sued a gay couple just because they were kissing 3) their donations are funded to anti-gay organizations
+jade subject So Chick-Fil-A should have the right to not support gay marriage, but Hilah should not have the right to not support Chick-Fil-A?
who cares what chik fil a thinks... no everybody has to have a liberal view set
As soon as i heard i have a lot of gay friends i was out. Im here to make a freakin' sandwich not talk social issues.
K bye
Yet you were watching a video called "Chick Fil Gay Sandwich?" It wasn't exactly a plot twist.
Evan Alvarez I know right.
Cool, so you're a garbage person. Good to know.
THANKS !
We did not need to here the political rambling. I respect your opinion, but it was not fitting for the video.
John Doe Or you just didn't like it lol so sensitive
Aimee B Nah, it was completely out of place.
Marky Oosterveen Nah, you're just sensitive. :D
