    Gareth, top guy and great shop, always enjoy visiting WE CYCLE and somehow I always seem to find a reason to buy another bike. Quality advice and a very warm friendly atmosphere. A true bikeshop run the right way.

    I don’t know there in US but in Spain the Giant warranty process is awful, I’m waiting for Giant news from 1 month back.

    Great video!
    My giant propel's frame craked at the seatpost.was making squeaking sound since I bought it.Didnt put much attention to it,but now that I wanted to get bike fit done and adjusted seatpost,found this out.
    Do you think Giant will cover this under warranty? I am the first owner with receipt and bought it in 2020,and coudnt do more than 500 miles due to health reasons,but now am back on and found this😢😢😢

      Hi Syed, thanks for the message and glad you found the video helpful. Sorry to hear this, no one likes a cracked frame! Impossible for me to say if Giant would consider it as a warranty issue - it will depend on what caused the frame to crack. Get the bike to your nearest Giant dealer with your proof of purchase and let them check it over and communicate with Giant for you. Hope it works out well for you. Gareth.
