don't you see pbg is marked prior to arrive at roundabout????you go through with pilot on board dude

Brother I have been to that port 2 times and both the time pilot boards after the round about .. the PBG which u r telling is not for the port of VARNA .. and even if for deep fraught vessel the pilot board before the roundabout then also u have to make ur passage plan going anti-clockwise to the roundabout area..

No you can see that we came from outside and then entered the Roundabout area, It is not mandatory to Use TSS there
