    Definitely no answer lol. Very important insight for sure. My dealership has a call center and umma too and it's still a mess. Some of the messages left by (potential customers) are absolutely crazy - so pissed about leaving a message or talking with AI. Cursing to never by said brand again it's crazy for sure. "Pay to have them call, but don't pay for anyone to answer the phone" is real shit.

    Just called the Toyota dealership nearest me 3 times on different days/times for service on my mom's Lexus. Can't get ahold of anyone, left 3 messages. Not a single call back. Took the car elsewhere.
