Can’t get enough of this paano ba ‘to series 😍 GOD really has HIS ways to talk to us, to answer what’s bothering us. Through your channel and contents, I have found the answers I was praying for. Little by little everything is becoming clear 😊☝🏼
I am really inspired by Atom. I admire his intellectual capacity, and I agreed to him that if you end up like this, it is not the end. Just like him, he ended up in college to Physics major, but tried different things even if it is not suitable to the course he studied. It applies to all, that even you didn't took this dream path of yours, well it is not the end afterall. If you have that perseverance and a fortitude go with it and if you fail, have that sense of resilience. Dream big and endeavor to achieve that dream because a dream doesn't make sense if you don't make an act to achieve that goal. Big respect to this man. De facto mediocrity achieves nothing.
There's too much emphasis on failing as a ladder to success, but anyone who's stepped onto the real world, and actually had a job would know that failure is such an easy advice, but very damaging to one's career health if not done properly. Remember this: If you've been handed a job, and has been accepted to fill in a vacancy, there's only one thing you're expected to do: TO DELIVER. You have to face the truth that inasmuch as you want to use the experience to get better, your number one agenda as being employed by a company, or being paid by a client is to GIVE SOLUTIONS, and DELIVER THE WORK, which would most often mean that messing up isnt an option. I think what the pros are trying to drive at is, it's counter productive to beat yourself up for failing; when you fail and has done an honest mistake, its only wise to use it as a learning experience. But the resounding advice, particularly on failing early and failing many is misleading, and could be a predicament rather than a fruitful endeavor to those who'll eagerly put it into practice. Folks, listen, like RISKS, FAILURES should be calculated. Take it from James Clear, author of Atomic Habits, when he said that when Failing is cheap, as in wont incur serious damage to a work, then it's ok to fail fast. But if failing is expensive, where stumbling on some glitches is almost unacceptable, then you, at all costs must think long and hard before having the leniency to fail. As with any advice, sometimes its better to dive into experience first before taking people's precautions. I know this for a fact bec I am a self-help junkie, and I've bumped into countless mishaps, simply bec I took to heart what I learned from gurus, without realizing that there remains a big difference between what you've heard or read, and the reality of a particular situation. For ex, when people tell you to "believe in yourself," it seems positive and simplistic, but to actually gain confidence within yourself is a journey, heck even a long one for others. The same thing goes with preaches of the seemingly beneficial act of failing. I'm not saying it aint true, because failure indeed sharpens your smarts and skills of almost anything, but the good benefits of failure isnt absolute, esp. when you're already professionalized into your craft. Be wary with the pieces of wisdom you take in. Its good to be well read, or even well-watched, but experience, your own version of it is still the best teacher. Remember, think before permitting yourself to fail. There is a right time for failing; FAIL SMART.
Hindi ko alam kng bakit ngayon ko lang napanood ro,pero very timely..I'm so stressed with my current job which is not aligned for my profession, pero di ko alam kng itutuloy ko ba ung profession na natapos ko kasi alam ko ndi naman ako ganon kagaling parang natatakot na ako..haay..Thank you so much for this video..
When Atom said pag pinupugak ka na ngayon, nawawalan ka na ng gana, just continue and you’ll eventually get there. I felt that. Huhuhu Salamat sana May Part 2 Ms. B!
I wish these videos were available that time I failed my first CE board exam. That was my first major failure, and like I always told other people, no one could really ever understand how it felt unless you went through it. Sir Atom is correct- the pain is actually more of the embarrassment when in reality, we don't really have to prove anything to anyone. Now that I look back on it, maybe I had to go through that phase because if I didn't, I am sure I wouldn't be as grounded and as appreciative of the little things as I am today. Good thing I was able to acknowledge where I fell short, get back up, and now, five years after, I actually have 2 PRC licenses. To God be all the glory! ❤️
I think Atom is the kind of guest na hindi nag susugar coat ng mga sasabihin. Most of the things he said struck me and at the same time inspires me to take the risk and accept that life should be seen without the magic and glitters.
Grabe this topic! Sobrang daming words of wisdom 👍 been trying to get to one of your paano ba to lives and i kept on missing it huhuhu sana next time i'll be able to attend na 😥
I just love how Bianca’s content is always rich with things you can learn and is useful in almost every aspect of your life. This is actually my problem. I get bored easily with one thing. I can only be okay cause it’s easy to he lazy or i get bored with it.

7:58 ung tanung ni Ms. B kay Sir Atom....that's exactly my question to myself. Haha paano bumango sa isang pagkakamali na desisyon ko sa buhay/career? HAHAHA Thanks Ms.B! ❤
Whenever I feel like I am having existential crisis I always go back to this video and rewatch it again. Cos this pandemic is really question my entirety I feel I am lost and I can’t find my pathway. Thankful for this video it’s a huge help for me to know and understand how I should be.
I took the “leap of faith” of changing career but i hate it. “What you do after to make it work”. Im taking this to heart. Been trying and trying pero sobrang mentally exhausting yung wrk na parang anytime mag walk out na ko and nightmares sa sobrang pressure. The fact that I can’t afford to quit coz of financial obligations adds to my stress.Hope there will be more talks about this topic Ms.Bianca. ❤️😊
I really love Atom este your videos Ms. B! 😅 It allows you to ponder on things in life. Yong walang direction, magkakadireksyon. Yong walang hope, magkakahope. Kung dati takot ka, magiging fearless ka. Truly malaman yung channel ni Ms. B. Treasure trove. Thank you for this Ms. B. Keep shedding light. You're definitely making the world a lil less scary and livable. Whoaah! Idol!🙌 God bless you for always. ❤🙏
Watched this video before I went to bed and boy I just wanna wake up tomorrow morning feeling energized to do more! Thanks for this 9mins inspiration! God bless!
Very well said, Sir Atom! I used to feel underestimated also lalo na nong mga unang taon ko pa lang na nagttrabaho pero nung nagtagal na,naisip ko no one ever has the right to underestimate you kasi kanya kanya tayo ng skills-- kahit boss mo pa yan o mga ka-work mates. I learned not to listen anymore to what others have to say about me and I just always do my best to whatever job given to me.
Right now im having a hard time making decisions about my career path ... i think im overthinking so much and then i saw this Paano bato series it give me a clear vision on what will i do thank you ♥️
I am waiting for the result of my application for a job I've been pursuing for three years now. Whatever the result would be, I'll go back to this video and re-watch it. You got an amazing talent, Ms. B! Salute to Atom.
Sobrang galing ni Atom. The ideas, the way he explained things na parang nagkkwento lang sa barkada. The mixing of words but still relatable. Superb! 💯💯💯
It's my first time watching this and it has a series pala. A great topic to talk about and I learned a lot from it, from the agony of not trying to not proving anything to anyone. Ganda, so inspiring. 💯👍
Atom just explained thoroughly & accurately what I believe in for years now. Generalization and not specialization. Atelast for him & for me as well. Am not really sure but can Atom be a multipontialite person? Or was he trying to explain the concept of it?! 🤔

One of my fave Paano ba 'to video is that of Atom before and now this adds to one of my favorite too!! Masakit yung ibang words of wisdom nya for me kasi totoo talaga, at least from my experiences! Tagos!!
Dinadownload ko mga paano ba 'to tas ginagawa kong motivation after ko end yung discussion ko sa mga studyante. ❤️ Thankie for this Sir Atom and Mrs. Bianca
Need this. 😌 Thank you Ms. Bianca for somehow addressing what we need to hear and know. Such a very informative and life changing youtube channel. God bless ❤️❤️

Thank you Bianca for your YT channel and Podcast! This might be 3 years old already but the impact of your content timely affects my situation right now. Really really really helpful. Thank you and God bless.
Thank you Ms. Bianca! Very informative as always. Thank you Atom for your words of wisdom it really help us especially sa mga decisions in future.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Im already 27 years old and stuck in my first job.. never even used what i studied 4 years in college. now, i feel stuck, lost and have much regrets on things i do and i didnt do.. yung feeling na, sige na lang, andito na ako eh.. patuloy ko na lang. pero feel ko na wala paring patutunguhan. I feel it's too late for me to change things up. i dont know what to do anymore. im just thinking maybe i wont reach my 30s and mawala na lang sa mundo.
Share ko lang my 2 cents to you 😊. First of all, you are young and definitely madami ka pang chance to try new things or reach your dreams. Gusto mo bang ipursue yung career based on your degree? Go for it! Gusto mong mag pursue ng new career? Go for that. NEVER TOO LATE to change things. Like atom said regret is worst than failing. Ako, almost 30 na nung grumaduate sa degree ko because I didn’t like my first career path. I went to school whilst working just so I won’t be stuck doing my job I dont like. Other people will have a lot to say.. pero dapat attitude natin is we shouldn’t give a damn what they have to say bec ultimately it’s our life, our path, and there is no timeline. You do you. God is there to prosper you and not harm you. I hope you get encouraged and find people who would support you
