Setia Frontage is famous for a local and that is a place for an outdoor wedding photoshoot for people nearby. Usually on weekends this place is really packed with people who come to visit and do a photo shoot. This place is still under development.

These houses and building in this area are still in developing. And the road not for public users yet because alot of lorry use it and thats why road looks terrible.

I totally agreed with the lack of awareness from the government....i.e,both state and federal government....city council about rubbish or waste management....very often you never found rubbish bin available at public places....they try to educate people not to throw rubbish outside but never provide enuf rubbish bin ...I think if there are enough rubbish bin available at public places....people would not simply throw rubbish everywhere....😢...

May Allah grant your wish to own Setia/Eco property, it quite new concept of strata gated and guarded in certain developing area throughout West Malaysia. It is for one who like living in Condominium fasilities but now on landed property with well maintained green environment. My self would welcome more european muslim brothers & sisters enjoy staying/halal food/see organised syariah law/islamic education/business etc if not fully but strive to get holistic that well accepted in multiracial & religions.

Setia development usually has good standard. Their landscape design is good too. That is why their properties cost a bit more.
Those are the housing developer’s “Rumah contoh” and yes, they are beautiful. The landscape is nice and tranquil looking.

Seberang Perai is still a big space development. The Georgetown is overcrowded and everyone has to stay in apartments and condominiums.
Yes, after Raya most Malay kedai makan closed. Only Mamak Nasi Kandar and fast food restaurant open.
You suggest you mix more with the locals. A lot of open house where you can enjoy the local food for free.
