Don't just blame the DNC and Hillary. It's all of you liberals. You keep shoving the same things down people's throat, they're going to be sick of it. Without SJWs, extreme feminists and all this "look how sad refugees and LGBT people are" bullcrap Hillary would've won easily.
Because with Trump as president, the DNC stays as it is. If Sanders had won the nomination, he would have restaffed it (aka fired all the cheating assholes in the DNC who tried to sabotage his campaign from the get-go).
I have always voted Republican being in my 50's, but the only candidate that I wanted to vote for this time was Bernie. Not because I agree with him, but because as often as I watched him, and I have watched him a long time on MSNBC, he never lied. I would have voted Bernie over Trump and Trump over Clinton.
Bc he said the 29% is probably legal you jumped and said that he's trying to say the other 65% is illegal. Which might be true. But it's obvious that the point was that not all of us are so invested in politics over immigration.
I worded it incorrectly. The latinos that vote are legal, they are citizens. They can be immigrants or natural born citizens of the United States. To think that 100 percent of them would go democratic when a lot of latinos are very conservative is dumb. Obama and the democrats have deported a recorded number of illegal immigrants. I assume the ones that voted for trump either disagreed with Clinton on other issues or felt that everyone should get into this country legally and that the illegal immigrants living here is unfair to their hard work.
There are a lot of Latinos who believe that you should come here legally. There are also a lot of leftist Latinos who remembered Hillary supported NAFTA and voted for the wall in 2006, likely didn't vote.
Bernie would not have won, i dont want to become like Denmark. I like being able to choose where i want to live and not having the government tell me where to live.
A Gott I get Denmark from the fact that use to live in Denmark and know what socialism is. And also, sticking democratic in front of socialism does not mean it is any different from socialism
+nivlek I'm trying to find some source material that shows the government of Denmark can forcibly relocate you, but I'm having trouble. if you could point me to a website that shows this, I would be appreciative. Now having said that; even if Bernie had won, and even if he was dead-set on a "Denmark-like" type of socialism, those kinds of things would be impossible to pass in America. Forcible relocation is unconstitutional, and wouldn't be possible, let alone likely. Secondly, democratic socialism is just that. Democratically elected leaders of a socialist-like government. If you don't like the direction the government is taking, vote them out, and try again. Just like now. The term socialism has been turned derogatory as of late, but really it just means that you own nothing, the government of the people owns everything, and you are provided for, as long as you are willing and able to go to work. (True) Socialism isn't for the lazy. You don't want to work? That's fine, but we're not going to feed you, or house you. I would love to chat out the intricacies of socialism with someone who actually lived in Denmark. Let me know, I'd love to talk about your experiences, and see how things could have been better.
"Yeah... inherited his father's business, bailed out by father for his business adventures before, inherited hundreds of millions from father after he died.... he totally "worked for it"." People who inherit wealth, who don't then work hard to maintain that wealth don't tend to be wealthy for very long..
Idk... It's weird that these people would dismiss millennials considering Obama's 2008 campaign targeting young people and even Bill Clinton when he went on MTV back in the early 90s.
I can't stand that woman who interrupted Hillary. Hillary did not call every black person super predators. Hillary (back in the 90s) was identifying that black people have had terrible gang violence and that it needs to be addressed. That being said, I agree with Cenk that Hillary didn't excite the base and it's too bad we didn't have Bernie who would have brought out the vote. A sad day for our side (I voted for Hillary despite massive disagreements with her) but hopefully leads to a liberal non-establishment candidate in 2020. Terrifying to have trump as president tho
She is a compassionate woman who fights for families and minorities. She is also a politician who has made mistakes but always tries to do what's best for America and she's often underappreciated for her efforts and held to a double standard.
Can we PLEASE take that clip at the Town hall meeting with Rachel Maddow and spam send it to Hillary, her family, and anyone involved with her?? PLEASE PLEASE Take that clip and spam the hell out of them with it. I want her to watch that, so urgently.
( ͠° ͟ʖ ͡°) Yes, I do think that. She's worked her whole life to be president and lost twice. This time she lost to a fascist orange clown due to her arrogance. That video clip of the town hall meeting, portrays her arrogance in the brightest and fullest colors you ever did see. She even chuckled before she answered at the very idea she wasn't going to win and needed any help of any kind. She was so devastated she didn't even give a concession speech that night. You don't think that would hit the right buttons? I do.
enigmaPL I don't really care, esp. not when it's pure speculation. I'd rather focus on building a real movement, not wasting time on some petty BS that will amount to nothing.
( ͠° ͟ʖ ͡°) You clearly care enough to reply once, and then again a second time. Building a real movement? Did you think this idea somehow replaces a movement in any way? Because that requires some impressive mental gymnastics to make leaps of logic like that.
This is easily one of the best reports you guys have done. I couldn't agree more, you've hit the nail right on the head. Thanks for your constant honest reporting and integrity, guys.
im pretty sure alot of people who watch this channel voted for Trump just to see TYTs reaction. but mainly Hilary can look herself in the mirror and think why she lost
She should have said to the woman with the banner at the fundraiser, "You're right. That was an awful comment and I regretted it instantly. I would like to talk about this. Hang out and we'll hit it at the end. I want to hear what you have to say."
Reap what you sow, you pushed for cultural marxists as leftists and the people had enough, enjoy 4 (hopefully 8) years of a Republican presidency, a republican congress and a republican senate.
sure hurt when media kept saying Trump is such a far underdog and that sure made people think its no urgency to get out and vote since polls were in her favor = Trump win
She lost for several reasons: 1. Her cocky and careless attitude 2. Picking Tim Kaine as her VP 3. Courting neocons 4. Courting Republican donors 5. She has no real personality 6. Her email scandal
Turns out half of America needed someone to vote for that wasn't more of the same, the DNC offered them more of the same and kept telling them that third party was a wasted vote, how did you think that would end?.
Tentō not expecting them to change this result. i expect trump to do the right thing and change it for 2020 or at least acknowledge that he does not speak for the majority of voters.
Cenk, I have to say, i have listened to quite a few podcast clips that have you in them......this is the first time i fully 100% agree with what you are saying. Even though i don't agree with you most of the time you are definately entertaining!! thanks for reading my post
Why not? Are you saying that people that don't exercise their right to vote are no longer protected by the 1st amendment right to free speech? That is like saying if you don't choose to bear arms you don't have the right to a fair trial.
Great party for not voting? lmao - Even an idiot knows that when you choose not to vote you are actually still voting so what does this make you and your party? Deplorable?
to be fair throughout her entire political career she was constantly told to change her attitude to be less and less authentic and after 30 plus years of having that engrained you cant expect her to switch on a dime.
I wanted her to step down during the primaries, but of course she didn't because she felt like it was her turn. So when Bernie had officially lost, I had felt despair.
Well I applaud the lady for using her voice and demanding an apology but I also understand her being removed. I also agree Obama handles these situations exponentially better.
Try blaming Hillary she wanted to keep Americans from using the Freedom of Information Act in the event she ever did anything wrong.Only Hillary is to blame...
As a Bernie Supporter, and loyal Democrat (despite what other Democrats said about me), I did my part and voted for her. She didn't do her part. She lost. Period.
I'm a Latina and I voted for Hillary! Cannot understand why ANY sane person would vote for Trump. But, why is it always assumed that we all vote the same? Latinos are a very diverse group of people. It's not the same as with African Americans, who have a shared history and struggle. Latinos come from different countries, cultures, socio-economic levels, and races. Latino is an ethinicity, not a race. And, racial prejudice and bias exists even within the Latino community itself! Experiences and circumstances are different. And, no, we don't all have a family member that came into this country illegally either.
10:53 Well I will disagree here, the young black women was being completely inappropriate and being disruptive. Hillary did have the floor at the time. It might have been ok at question time for example for the young black woman to ask question when it is her turn.
The thing is, if the media did not continually say that she was a shoe in, many of those that stayed home, would have voted for her. Those that did not vote, would rather have Hillary than Trump, but they thought she had it locked down, so they didn't bother. Oops.
Yes! And way too many of my friends are still doing the thing of blaming voters instead of blaming the politician and their campaign for failing. I worry about whether the Democrats will learn anything, and I don't just mean the insiders.
I am so glad that I finally found this old video. I've been looking for it for a while. Now any time that I come across "moderates" that claim that the so-called "Bernie Bros." are part of the reason for Hillary's loss, I will gently guide them to 7:56 - 8:33 of this video. Most likely I will be treated to something "clever" in reply to my suggestion, but I will try to link them to it all the same. P.S. From 4:23 - 5:05 as well. So much for young voters never turning out to vote at election time. They turned for their Messiah Obama but not Hillary; I wonder why?
Independants didn't want Trump or Hillary. Didn't want Trump or Hillary so much I changed my party to Independant. #OverIt #BernieSupporter #DemocratsstolefromBernie
I recalled the issue was simply not to get Trump elected... Didn't you guys advocate for voting for "anyone but Trump", Jill Stein amongst others comes to mind? You almost make it seem like you were biased in favor of Hillary Clinton like this.
If a concert has low attendance, we blame the band, not the audience.
Jack Gamboa I have to agree with you.
Well yeah, unless it's a stoner gig.
Ehhhh that's true, but I dont think politics and music are entirely analogous.
You blame the band; the band blames the manager and the venue.
Don't just blame the DNC and Hillary. It's all of you liberals. You keep shoving the same things down people's throat, they're going to be sick of it. Without SJWs, extreme feminists and all this "look how sad refugees and LGBT people are" bullcrap Hillary would've won easily.
Its funny how after Hillary loses all of the sudden Hillary supporters are disappearing from the comments section.
RM Nimitz it's not as fun without them tho
Because they were paid Hillary trolls from the super PAC ' Correct the record'
Bet you love how Trump is filling his administration with the usual insiders. Hows it feel to be duped by a raging idiot?
𝐵𝒶𝓀𝒶 𝒪𝓅𝓅𝒶𝒾 Why don't you move to Spain with the rest of the haters. You liberals are so lost.
Donnie Shepherd Great comeback idiot. Also I am a republican but Trump is still a moron. I voted 3rd party.
The DNC is actually relieved that Bernie isn't president, they actually prefer Trump over him.
Never thought of it that way. Could you explain a little?
Because with Trump as president, the DNC stays as it is. If Sanders had won the nomination, he would have restaffed it (aka fired all the cheating assholes in the DNC who tried to sabotage his campaign from the get-go).
cameron dylann So you oppose diversity in favour of 100% white straight men? Typical SQW
Knight Chime #SuckItUp
cameron dylann Are you making it your job to give Hillary's words credence by matching the description of the basket of deplorables?
Hillary was very cocky talking about Bernie people...Big mistake.

That 29% could have been legal. They forget there are latinos that believe you should come here legally
And why do you automatically assume that the 65% of latinos were illegal at some point? So 40% of whites were illegal because they voted democrat?
Bc he said the 29% is probably legal you jumped and said that he's trying to say the other 65% is illegal. Which might be true. But it's obvious that the point was that not all of us are so invested in politics over immigration.

You can not vote if you are illegal. the percentage of latino voters does not represent the illegal immigrants because illegal immigrants cannot vote.
There are a lot of Latinos who believe that you should come here legally. There are also a lot of leftist Latinos who remembered Hillary supported NAFTA and voted for the wall in 2006, likely didn't vote.
We lost when Debbie Wasserman Schultz buried Bernie.
Bernie would not have won, i dont want to become like Denmark. I like being able to choose where i want to live and not having the government tell me where to live.

Dane here. Our government has no say in where you live. You can rent or own whatever your economy can support.
You could just congratulate Trump for working his ass off?
Justin Lynn BAHAHAHAHA BEST JOKE OF THE YEAR. *DONALD TRUMP WORKING HARD GREAT JOKE*
Bro, Trump got less votes than Romney in 2012

People who inherit wealth, who don't then work hard to maintain that wealth don't tend to be wealthy for very long..
Yeah getting less votes and winning because of bullshit electoral system.
Hillary promised fireworks on election night. We got fireworks alright (TRUMP IS ELECTED)! OOPS!!!!
What difference at this point does it make?!
so as not to mess up again in 2020
I see what you did there.
omg, too funny :P :P
:') Comey is to blame? Shit next time I'm on trial i'm going to blame the police officer for arresting me!
Idk... It's weird that these people would dismiss millennials considering Obama's 2008 campaign targeting young people and even Bill Clinton when he went on MTV back in the early 90s.

Maybe people don't like constantly being called a basket of deplorables, or racist, or sexist.
Remember when HRC said to Progressives, "get a life"? She lost my vote with that.
who is Hillary? after 30years i still don't know
But surely you could differentiate between her and Trump?
yuuuuup
For millions of dollars, she is whoever you want her to be.
She is a compassionate woman who fights for families and minorities. She is also a politician who has made mistakes but always tries to do what's best for America and she's often underappreciated for her efforts and held to a double standard.

I'm a black African American who voted for Trump! It's my fault!
Don't blame me. I campaigned for Bernie. 💔
Don't blame me, I voted for Kodos. That is basically what half of America is saying right now.
Thank you! :)
"He might be crazy... BUT he is REAL crazy!"
BEST LINE EVER!
Cenk you crack me up haha.
"How dare you not get excited by me?! Put on the tv, turn off the internet." 😂😂😂😂
This is easily one of the best reports you guys have done. I couldn't agree more, you've hit the nail right on the head.
Thanks for your constant honest reporting and integrity, guys.
Read your comment that I'm replying too and prepare to cringe at your past self..lol
"I. AM. WINNING!"
How's that workin' out for ya, Hill?
Well done Cenk, finally a TYT video I can watch without feeling a bias coming from you guys.
They were criticizing Hillary the whole time...
im pretty sure alot of people who watch this channel voted for Trump just to see TYTs reaction. but mainly Hilary can look herself in the mirror and think why she lost
The only show that is cut and dry on who's to blame. Nailed it!
im a millennial and most of my friends didnt vote just because they didnt want to choose over these candidates
Jrock Jr spoken like a true dipshit
"I'm a millennial and most of my friends didn't vote because they didn't want to choose between a shit sandwich and piss juice." - Jrock Jr (1994)
there is a third party.
Mr. Raleigh D. But then u have 0 right to complain about the elected candidate... if you are or arnt in favor
Chris P. Bacon This isn't even my quote. lol

Wow, I actually agree with this guy for once
sure hurt when media kept saying Trump is such a far underdog and that sure made people think its no urgency to get out and vote since polls were in her favor = Trump win
First time I’ve watched something somewhat reasonable come out of this guy’s mouth
inappropriate to call someone to account for something horrible said but not inappropriate to sai it in the first place?
I hope Debbie Wasserman Schultz hates waking up in the mornings now.
She lost for several reasons:
1. Her cocky and careless attitude
2. Picking Tim Kaine as her VP
3. Courting neocons
4. Courting Republican donors
5. She has no real personality
6. Her email scandal
Turns out half of America needed someone to vote for that wasn't more of the same, the DNC offered them more of the same and kept telling them that third party was a wasted vote, how did you think that would end?.
You know what ... I always make fun of this guy but he was telling the truth right there.
hey cenk, why didn't you make this video before the election? you should be impartial as independent media
8:26 "I am winning!" When Shillary said that, I immediately recalled Charlie Sheen boasting the same thing! Hahahaha!

Bernie Sanders gave up the stage when confronted with BLM.
He let them speak. He listened.
"I'm winning because of what i stand for." AHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! her arrogance is unreal.
Jesse Walker no kidding Rick flare doesn't have that big of a ego . In witch he was acting
The annoyed murmurs of "inappropriate" from the crowd at that event are infuriating.
Cenk, I have to say, i have listened to quite a few podcast clips that have you in them......this is the first time i fully 100% agree with what you are saying. Even though i don't agree with you most of the time you are definately entertaining!! thanks for reading my post
rosie O'Donnell should be packed and ready leave usa before the ball drops .......
I had a great party for not voting and I can't wait to celebrate again.

I just saw a Steven Crowder video ad before your video. Interesting.
to be fair throughout her entire political career she was constantly told to change her attitude to be less and less authentic and after 30 plus years of having that engrained you cant expect her to switch on a dime.
15:45 hilary clinton impression totally cracked me up
8:03 is a golden shrine of irony.
I am so proud my daughter can learn from this that a woman can't sleep her way into power.
well she can learn you can buy your way to power haha
+Reagan Killed the Middle Class She can learn to not be a victim and attack the man if she is attacked. or report it. Not be a do nothing bitch.
Love your show great journalism..keep it up please!
Dude I accidentally watched this video right after the election night video. You yourself said many of these things.
She is not a bad person but I feel she should show her compassionate side more.
Cenk in damage control mode
"Everything she touches she kinda screws up with hubris." - Colin Powell
People are tired of the establishment. The end!!
Dude my boss is hispanic and he hates illegal immigration I hate the assumption that since your x, y. or z & then Insert belief
I wanted her to step down during the primaries, but of course she didn't because she felt like it was her turn. So when Bernie had officially lost, I had felt despair.
The dnc is too blame for backing a weak candidate
I think TYT is to blame
Well I applaud the lady for using her voice and demanding an apology but I also understand her being removed. I also agree Obama handles these situations exponentially better.
I demand you make my body cream.
***** fine.
Try blaming Hillary she wanted to keep Americans from using the Freedom of Information Act in the event she ever did anything wrong.Only Hillary is to blame...
Here's another fact, millions of Americans genuinely hate Hillary Clinton, with good reason.
so she could potentially had 8 million more voters
donkor thomas Yes and like in 2012 2+ million dead people voted Democrat so if you factor that in no one can say!
Mark Patrick what?
donkor thomas 2012 2,000,0000 dead people voted for Obama!
can't wait for part 2 of this video to come out in 2020. Except no Clinton in the title. unless the dems make the same mistake again
I blame TYT
It was Hillary's policy that made me not vote at all. If corporations are choosing who we can vote for let the corporations take the blame
As a Bernie Supporter, and loyal Democrat (despite what other Democrats said about me), I did my part and voted for her.
She didn't do her part. She lost.
Period.
#LoserCenk
I was first turned off when Hillary and Gloria Steinem said that I was a bad woman if I didn't vote for Hillary.
If she would run against Romney, the race would be called The Ultimate Robot Challenge.
She is the one to blame for her own loss!
Wow. Great review. Very honest. I don't agree with TYT on anything but this was a great review.
I'm a Latina and I voted for Hillary! Cannot understand why ANY sane person would vote for Trump. But, why is it always assumed that we all vote the same? Latinos are a very diverse group of people. Appreciate this perspective. Thanks Cenk!
Outstanding Reporting THANKS
Wow! Great material. Very objective.
hows that democracy working now? 4 years later and we are looking at a repeat. I bet your so proud of your Democracy. Keep voting and hoping
10:35 was that hissing? that's just lovely...
10:53 Well I will disagree here, the young black women was being completely inappropriate and being disruptive. Hillary did have the floor at the time. It might have been ok at question time for example for the young black woman to ask question when it is her turn.

The millennial voter turnout basically summed up the enthusiasm for Clinton...
Nice comprehensive view of what happened Young Turks , thank you!
Best thing I've heard from Cenk. Where was this Cenk before the election?
Man... you are so right!!!
Great analysis. I loved this video.
Hillary, the DNC and voters just failed to ask themselves "What would Brian Boitano do?".
Don't mess with bobcats, lawls!
Possibly the only video I like from tyt
the new cenk is fed up and serious it makes the show better
First time I agreed with Cenk in a long time
Independants didn't want Trump or Hillary. Didn't want Trump or Hillary so much I changed my party to Independant. #OverIt #BernieSupporter #DemocratsstolefromBernie
Who's To Blame For Hillary Clinton's Loss? Donald Trump!
I recalled the issue was simply not to get Trump elected... Didn't you guys advocate for voting for "anyone but Trump", Jill Stein amongst others comes to mind? You almost make it seem like you were biased in favor of Hillary Clinton like this.
I honestly believe that this is a very insightful post mortem.
Obama changed the definition of "deported" which is why Obama has inflated deportation numbers.
