The dub changes names all the time, whether it's just the spelling or a whole revamp of the name. Gill being changed to Giru is due to the pronunciation. Bulla is called Bulla in the dub because the sub name, Bra, is pronounced "Bura," and Vegito has the 'o' because it comes from Kakarotto, which is Kakarot in the dub. It's a difference between the sub and dub, and the sub holds superiority over the dub because it is original, just like if there were name changes occurring when The Simpsons is dubbed into languages other than English.

As a kid I can’t and don’t order from premium Bandai, I also can’t afford most of the new release’s and I wish that they would all be 35$ instead of some being atleast 60$ and I wish they restocked more in target, that’s the only place I can go. After buying the Super Hero Gohan from Amazon for $35, all the figures feel overpriced to me. The basic releases on Amazon, Target and Walmart make it hard to justify any other price.
Tamashii's pricing is weird as hell. They'll sell you a $65 Beast Gohan with a 3.0 body, high quality, a special beam cannon effect, a stand for the effect, and then they'll release Sdcc Trunks who comes with 2 swords and a galick gun for $75.
