Delaware Lackawanna: Scranton to Cresco

DL action on December 30, 2020. PO-74 heads south out of Scranton to Pocono Summit to drop loads at "The Mill" then continues to the lumber yard in Cresco to switch out empties. They then swap symbols to PO-75 and head back to Pocono Summit to pick up the empties at "The Mill" and then off to Tobyhanna where they meet BR-1 after switching out empties at Keystone Propane.
