If you go the private route, you can have your Degree in 3 years. As compared to getting a "local" diploma in 3. I have a daughter and I will never hinder her from choosing whichever path her heart desires. But as a parent, I would highly encourage her to go the "private" route as the gap in diplomas and degrees are not as wide as it used to be.
