Very inspiring! I am doing a spring clean and declutter and it feels so good. The other nice thing about French press coffee is that you can use the used grounds for your house plants or garden plants and herbs. It really is better for the environment
she's 13 though lol 😆. When she was 10 she wanted to buy a baby bottle to drink her milk with again. Maybe I'm a bit rigid but I was like, um.. no. lol 😂
I agree. I don’t see the big deal about it. The daughter lives there too, using a small spoon hurts no one. Keep one for now and find a nicer small spoon if the “aesthetic” is such a big deal to replace it.
I love using the chemex for my coffee. I have an electric kettle but I store it in the cabinet and pull it out daily. And I have a rod inside the cabinet that stores the paper towels so it’s not on the countertop. 😊
I think a cute little lamp would look good in that corner where the Keurig was! It looks dark and maybe it would brighten it! I like the Nespresso coffee machine- the pods are recyclable.
I like french press and occasionally make that but for my day to day I use a drip coffee maker. But what made a big difference for me was when my 12-cup drip maker quit working. I went with a Cuisinart 4-cup coffee maker with a stainless carafe. It looks nice and isn't a large footprint. Being just me I have no idea why I thought I needed a 12-cup coffee maker. Once I made the switch it makes total sense and if I need to make more it makes a fresh pot very quickly since it's so small. Agree on Keurig being super bad for the environment - even the person who designed it has stated he regrets the environmental impact and in hindsight would not have done it.
Yes to the French press! We've been French press only for 4 years and I'll never look back. I get beans from local coffee shops I love and have a great quality manual grinder. Grind up the beans while the water comes to a boil, 4 mins in the FP, pour into mug and rinse FP. Done in 5 minutes.
hmmm 4 mins... Ok I def need to read up on the rules of how to make the best french press!!! I haven't been letting mine sit that long. is that for all types of beans/grounds?
I love my French press but I do have an espresso machine for when I’m in a hurry, or want to make a cold latte or something different. I mostly try to do French press every day
Probably a little late to this but maybe you should get a round tray for the corner rather than the rectangle one. I completely understand where you are coming from in regards to how things look lol. I have nothing on my surfaces. Iv purposely had a hot water tap so I don't have a kettle 😂
I watched this vid and literally walked from room to room, snatching items that obviously need to be decluttered. This is my second donation bag filled, and ready to go. Thank you for the motivation‼️🎉
I love a flat white, it’s quite a strong Italian coffee with minimal milk. Less than latte milk. I’ve got a Nespresso and it’s terrible compared to barista coffee at a cafe here in Sydney Australia. Love a flat with with 1 sugar, delish. Look up the recipe. A cortado is my fave.
Great video definitely time for me to clear out also. I do enjoy lattes and cappuccinos and my Keurig does those. So at the moment I am keeping mine. I love French Press though. Have a great day.
yes I actually do have the reusable filter... I suppose if I missed the kuerig I could do that too. Today was my first morning not having the keurig on the counter and I'll admit it feels a bit bare. But my FP coffee today was delicious!!
I have all the coffee gadgets, breville coffee maker and grinder (has Kraft and single serve with out k cups) and I have breville espresso maker and I have old fashioned espresso maker and Le Creuset French press all are amazing but the non plugged in ones are surprisingly amazing 😍
I have a French press and I love it, but I often find myself using the keurig machine when I’m in a pinch. If I decluttered it, I would have probably end up buying another 😬 lol but loved this video 💕 always motivating!
Today is my first day without my keurig lol. My cupboard feels naked. or, it looks that way lol. But the french press today was wonderful!!! I'm low key tempted to dig the keurig back out of the car (haven't dropped off donations yet) but I'm going to try to be strong haha. I think I'm just used to seeing it sit there like a little token of morning comfort. 😂
I could never figure out the French press and it took too long. I would put away all countertop stuff aside from a few decor pieces but the wall plugs really bug me. I’ve purchased some bath and body plug ins but the scents are too strong. It does seem like there is always something to declutter.
YES to a book video!

totally!!!
Aww you should at least keep one baby spoon for your daughter. I have my special spoons too lol but mine are wide spoons. Great declutter!
Yes, atleast 1 should be kept lol I also have a specific fork I like lol
she's 13 though lol 😆. When she was 10 she wanted to buy a baby bottle to drink her milk with again. Maybe I'm a bit rigid but I was like, um.. no. lol 😂
@@thesimplechiclifeyes, the baby bottle would be a bit much, maybe a sippy cup 😆

I'm 30 and when I'm at my parents house, I like to eat with the smaller forks and they eat with the larger forks. 😅
For the Keurig you can buy a reusable pod that lets you use your own coffee grounds.
This is how I maintain my house. I do it monthly. It's freeing.
🙌 💕 Monthly is such a great idea!! Yeah I bet if you do it every few weeks, things never accumulate too much.
Monthly sounds doable ✨. I am going through my home right now. 😊
I love using the chemex for my coffee. I have an electric kettle but I store it in the cabinet and pull it out daily. And I have a rod inside the cabinet that stores the paper towels so it’s not on the countertop. 😊
Buhbye Keurig
We grind dark roast whole bean & brew in a vintage auto drip carafe.
I think a cute little lamp would look good in that corner where the Keurig was! It looks dark and maybe it would brighten it! I like the Nespresso coffee machine- the pods are recyclable.
I do drip coffee in a small 5 cup coffee pot, with fresh beans that I grind fresh everyday, its so much better than pods!

@@thesimplechiclife I do 6 minutes 😊
I love my French press! I got into them because coffee machines are weirdly expensive overseas. Now regular coffee just doesn’t taste as good to me.
I’d love to see a handbag video !
Wow girl you have been going INNNNNN! I love it and need to do the same 💪🏽🩷
I would guess that your daughter uses the brush after applying the hairs conditioner, it really helps to smooth the hair :)
French press FTW
we have a coffee grinder and grind the beans as we need them, the flavour is incredible! 🤗
Absolutely love a declutter❤ love books cant wait to see a haul
If you push the kcup pod in first and then close the lid it is much cleaner.
I love my French press but I do have an espresso machine for when I’m in a hurry, or want to make a cold latte or something different. I mostly try to do French press every day
I like the Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Soap Body Wash! It gets you clean but also keep your skin hydrated
Keep the LV book, Keep the jewelry and your Chance!
What if you put your tray with flower and coasters on your dinning table? Maybe put your paper towel holder by the sink?
Nespresso is a life changer (I use Scuro and Chiaro pods and they’re delicious)
I loooove my Nespresso too- I’m a lifer
Only thing I’d change is the paper towels absolutely must be next to the sink!!! Haha
Loved it though ❤
I was thinking the same thing about the paper towel holder!
Probably a little late to this but maybe you should get a round tray for the corner rather than the rectangle one. I completely understand where you are coming from in regards to how things look lol. I have nothing on my surfaces. Iv purposely had a hot water tap so I don't have a kettle 😂
Yes you DO need 2 peppermint cookie candles 😆!!❤
I watched this vid and literally walked from room to room, snatching items that obviously need to be decluttered. This is my second donation bag filled, and ready to go. Thank you for the motivation‼️🎉
Put a small plant where the Coffee machine was.
💕💕 Replace the gym sneakers. One in one out. I would hang your purse. And put the boots and backpack on the first rack.

Your home is so neat!
Hi Enjoyed your video What candle do you recommend for Christmas?
Yesss I'd love to see the haul ❤
Do you have a video on how you do your nails? I would Love to learn how to do mine and your Look Fabulous!
Love all your tips!! I'm realizing you're right about the Keurig cups being bad for the environment, I'm rethinking my Keurig lol!!
Great video definitely time for me to clear out also. I do enjoy lattes and cappuccinos and my Keurig does those. So at the moment I am keeping mine. I love French Press though. Have a great day.
I love french pressed ☕
I use my keurig still but I use reusable filters and Tim Hortons coffee. But sometimes I switch to a one cup aero press I love it
yes I actually do have the reusable filter... I suppose if I missed the kuerig I could do that too. Today was my first morning not having the keurig on the counter and I'll admit it feels a bit bare. But my FP coffee today was delicious!!
What about moving that tray to the table and putting the tea Kettle in the corner?
We have two reusable pods for our Keurig. Love them!
Do you get burnt out from getting out & packing away the toaster every day?
I would put a round lazy Susan in the corner replacing the kitchen tray. Would fit snug in the corner.
cleaning a coffeemachine is more work than quickly washing a frenchpress :)
I have all the coffee gadgets, breville coffee maker and grinder (has Kraft and single serve with out k cups) and I have breville espresso maker and I have old fashioned espresso maker and Le Creuset French press all are amazing but the non plugged in ones are surprisingly amazing 😍
Please do a book haul video

The Tanjun are so easy - just throw them into the washing machine. They come out like new 🙂
Organic instant, no mess … no fuss;)
Where are you posting your fragrances for sale?
I don't post them usually, I just sell first come first serve on instagram.
I recommend Dagne travel bag---great quality!
I would put the toaster in the lazy susan thats empty
You could place pool noodles into your black boots to keep them upright.
New Balance are my favorite too!
Keurig needs to be distilled, vinegar run through it. That helps it not to spit out like that.
Can you please link the shoe racks you used🙏🏻🙏🏻
I could never figure out the French press and it took too long. I would put away all countertop stuff aside from a few decor pieces but the wall plugs really bug me. I’ve purchased some bath and body plug ins but the scents are too strong. It does seem like there is always something to declutter.
Could you please share in which platform you sell your perfumes? I have to sell many myself and I don't know where or how to do it.
Thank you
also, coffee makers and grow mold
I’m an old fashioned coffee girl😊. But truthfully, I’ll take it however I can get it! 😅
Where do you sell your perfumes?
My teen daughters love baby spoons too!😂
Great channel, but plug-in air fresheners are super bad for so many people
I use a stove top Italian style espresso .
where did you get those cute white flowers in your kitchen? I assume they're fake
What do a you dresser doors look like ?
If your kruieg is squirting all over the place it needs de-scaled:)
Keurig is the WORST tasting coffee anyone could drink
its also very hot water passing through a plastic that release toxic chemicals when heated
I just have instant coffee
I use a PourOver
My keurig has been acting up too. I'm on my 4th one. Next time I'm in IKEA I'm going to pick up a French press. The coffee is so much better tasting
Oooo that Kraft coffee ☕️ looks amazing 😍🥰 wish we had that here in the USA
CoToGo coffee is my favorite. It's much stronger than a French press.
What happens to your daughter when you have overnight shifts?
❤
Are you selling your Chanel chance?
🧹🧺🧼🫧
😳
BYE. 💤
I like your channel. But the indecisive language annoys me. You kinda want to declutter your shower. Either you do or dont.
If you decide to keep the Keurig- it sounds like you need to descale it
🤍🤍🤍
