When i go to the files i onli get launcher.exe and one similar but not the one that you see , and afther i put it as a amministator it tell me that the game cant be opend because of some missing files

Anyone know how to fix the black screen? the solutions in this video didn't work for me. My game goes black screen on startup after updating my nvidia drivers.

I fixed when installing it to ssd.. When is installed in hdd, i cant download the patch in menu screen , always freezing then black screen, so i forced to restart the pc.. When installed it both launcher and the games in ssd, all problem works. Maybe you can try it
My bad for not replying sooner I am inactive when it comes to youtube comment/replies. The issue's been resolved for me after disabling the "status indicator" found in geforce experience setting within HUD layout. Initially, it was adviced that I disable the in-game overlay of geforce experience but I misunderstood and disabled only the status indicator and just suddenly fixed the black screen issue. I don't know if this will work for the others's end but might as well give it a try.
this game is unplayable! it wont start if it starts it crashes and if you are lucky you can play 1-3h and then it starts crashing again, i did every fix there is but nothing helped, idk how they could release it in such a state, this game is truly the worst pc game i tried to play.
genshin impact was the exact same way (but worse) when it first released, majority of games have issues on launch no game has a perfect release they will fix the lag and stuttering soon

True, i've been experiencing multiple times. Till when i commented they said it was a device issue, then i told them that my processor is i7 and vga 4050. They went quiet like nothing gas happened.
I've been contacting Kurogames via email and they didn't reply anything yet. It's hard to play the game and catch up the existing events if you were only be ably to play 1-3 hour of games.

I tried on pc and i get the UE4 fatal error AND tried on my ios ipad the screen simply freezes.
please do it with ipad version
My problem now just the BGM always gone after teleport 2-3x or after battle.. But when logout and login back my bgm showing up and after that same again... (days ago work fine without this issue)

I wouldn’t recommend download new version of iOS in order to fix constant crashes

Guys try uninstalling your geforce experience then restart your pc then open your game. It works for me

Do you install it on hdd? Try to ssd

I'd say the worse part is when it starts switching between PC and Phone layout when you try to switch characters.
