my collecting taste has shifted to guitars these days, and even i'm not old enough to have been around for zap #1, but i used to enjoy my weekends in the 70's popping up to "dark they were and golden eyed" in soho london for comics to spend the rest of the day lazing around reading filth. i still have loads of comics, i was sure i had first printings but that seems unlikely. i've been an artist and graphic designer most of my life and these guys helped shape that.
These guys have seen, lived & damaged themselves a LOT in their lives but their minds remain as wicked sharp as when they were younger men. They have forgotten more about art than what I will ever know. I hope I can get that collected Zap HC one day.
Who are these guys? No names in the opening credits, no closing credits. The speaker, does he ever introduce them? No sub-captioned names. There's a lot of assumptions going on here. Did I miss something?

This is wonderful. I wish I were there but I don't know if I could cough up the fifty bucks for Moscoso's autograph. Thank you for posting.

I wish there was more Paul Mavrides ...Palmer Vreedees info in this world..as well as all other worlds.
I didn't read Zap for the stories, I read it for the art and the humor.
