I loved your version of the tour you give 1st year teachers, especially about where you hide when you feel like crying. That is spot on. I often use the kids' calm down spot during my planning period.

Haha! My first year teaching I actually had someone come up to me after a presentation and say, “You know you were just gripping the podium the entire time, right?” 🤦🏻‍♀️
