Thanks so much for this - clear and authoritative. I am in the UK. I am high risk (P17 del) and had tandem transplants - Dec 20, Apr 21 followed by Lenalidomide indefinitely (still in remission). It is very reassuring to know my treatment matches the recommendations of Dr Vesole. Also - interesting to hear that Medicare only pays for one ACT. NHS paid for all my treatment! I would be interested to know - I found the transplants quite easy to cope with - is there ever a case for a third ACT when the disease progresses?
