I was never flexible at all but bc of her stretching routines I now have my right and left over splits, Scorpion and a lot more that I’m so thankful for, keep going ur doing so good

I exercise every day and I was a cheerleader for a long time so I have very flexible hips but I'm just now getting back into the flexibility stretches. I am so proud of you, your doing so well.

I have watched Anna for almost a year and learned so many things! The only thing I want to learn and work on now is walking in a backbend around my whole school with no breaks!! Wish me luck!!

I did her stretch routines too I wasn’t very flexible at all the thing I really wanted to get was my split so I did her routines every day over the summer 2 summers ago and ever sense I have been able to do splits, over splits and better back bends! Her stretch routines are very helpful I am going to start them again for more leg and back flexibility!

I remember when i also used to do Anna Mcnulty stretches and I was so proud of myself when I got my front and back splits and could touch my toes. But bc of school now I dont really have time to stretch in the morning. It has been a year since I did her stretches and I cant even touch my toes now 😢

OMGG, after i watched this video (abt 2-3 weeks ago) I started doing it (still am),my back flexibility is getting better, i was already flexible but only on my legs,thanks to her im almost doing a bow pose,seal strech and backbend!!
I’m only 10 and I really just really wanted to do stretching and worked out and so since I’ve watched her I searched up it because I heard her talking about it one time and I did it and it is hard but now after 30 days I can do the splits and other really cool and weird stretches though definitely recommend it🎉🎉

Hi there! I also follow some of anna's stretch routines and I was not flexible at all. It took me 6 months to be able to do the front splits and another 6 months for the middle splits.

That’s really awesome! I wanted to get my splits so I started doing her stretches in January and did them consistently every day for 3 months. At the beginning, I was not even close and now I can do the splits!
I’ve actually been using her routines for a year. I used to be the most inflexible person, but now I have all three of my splits and I almost have my needle.

SAMEEE!!!! I have been following her morning stretch routine for five days and I am intermidiate for flexibility and now I have gotten more flexible and can now easily touch my toes 😱😱😱😱

I've been doing gymnastics for 4 years and you're already so good in just 31 days
I do it a lot. It works really well and I am proud. ❤keep going i can touch my toes and i definetly see improve in felxibility its been 12 days. Hope to achive my spits, oversplits ❤

Hi I’ve started doing her back stretches to be able to do a chest stand and I’m already Decently flexible but I’ve been doing it for 4 days now twice a day for about 30 mins just doing it over and over and I think I’ll be able to do a chest stand in like 1 or 2 weeks time also your doing rlly great! 🎉
I haven’t done her stretch routine yet but Im trying her splits routine and this is day 3 so far, my legs hurt when I try stretching my legs for the splits but I’ve been getting a bit better and I hope I will. Be able to do the splits soon

I didn’t know being able to touch your toes had something to do with flexibility because I’ve always been able to touch my toes without a struggle. Probably because I have long arms and legs idk
