Man I'm so glad both AC and AC fans like the same games. Even the abbreviations of the games are the same ❤. Imo people should compare AC 6's game format with AC and other mission based games rather than souls games. Since I noticed that a lot of people's grievance with the game design is actually just normal mechanics/format for mission based games in general. People just aren't used to the format hence they recoil with confusion
Ace Combat games deserve a similar revival. AC7 is probably one of my least favorite Ace Combat games. Only Assault Horizon and X2 are below it. Too many gimmicky missions. Not very replayable. Customization stuck behind multi-player. Unfair bosses. Makes me sad.
