This isn't master duel, it's a simulator called mdpro3, you can find the option in the settings of that simulator

No (nothing against the creator) he's just not playing it to it's best potential you can get infinitely better boards with bb
You get more hand traps with Pure Blue Eyes, but you get more flexibility with this.
