She is saying that first of all burn 2 almonds completely then crush it and then fill it in a bottle and add 2 spoon coconut oil 2 spoon olive oil 2 spoon castor oil and and a capsule of vitamin e and 1 spoon melt vaseline and apply 2 spoon of argan oil and mix it perfectly
U can also store it in a mascara bottle and apply it regularly on your eyelashesh and eyebrow. 😊
