I'm shocked you don't have 500k views on these vids. Ultra accessible and applicable knowledge here. I share your vids with everyone I know who plays guitar.
I really appreciate that comment. Sometimes I’m pretty shocked at what DOES get 500k views and think I need to dumb my stuff way down. But I don’t wanna do that! Thanks for taking time to comment 🎸🎶🔥🎶🎸
Charlie, you're the man! Your teaching is exactly what I've been searching for after years of fretboard frustration. Practice wasn't the issue, i needed direction and boy do you deliver! Long live Charlie!
Thank God someone finally called that individual out about his BS on the fretboard. Just because you know the major scale all over the neck does not mean you will be souling freely
The major and arpeggio practice is to learn the NOTE LOCATIONS in relation to each other. Then you can let your creativity flow without stopping to find a note. This also allows you to find and connect chords on the fly.
This is very similar to your triad exercise (which I love) With that said How come you usually do exercises in the key of G? The other issue is when you are in a particular key I play the scales that are in that key in other words I play all the G major scales in the key of G I don't play the corresponding scale to the chord. What do you think about that comment?

Charlie love the content thank you, also I think your video here is out of sync with the audio by tiny bit. Edit: it got better as the video goes on.
