      Dispenza - for me - puts the focus too much on his meditations (which are great, no question) , than on the rest of the day . And how we live the rest of the day is WAY more important. We really have to change inside of us, if we want to change something. Meditation is a great tool, but its not enough.

      Thanks a lot!
      Do you or someone mind explaining the difference between #2 & #3 with example?

    • @anniemedicalmassage
      @anniemedicalmassage 5 років тому +12

      Paritosh Upadhyay #2 has to do with the quality of how you do it. Example if your painting your one of your walls in your room another color (an accent wall)... to do it VERY well, and not sloppy...put forth concentration to make the lines straight, no air bubbles in the paint... don’t just blaze right through it. It’s about the quality you put forth.
      #3 is do more. Push yourself to do a little extra... example... you wanted to paint an accent wall in your room. Well do more, paint an accent wall in every room of your house.
      Hope these examples helped :)
      Peace and love.
      Aloha 😁🤙

    I am a very focused person and do not multitask and will not. People don't like me on jobs because I refuse to multitask. Multitasking is very toxic. I have worked so hard in becoming very focused, and it is how I write my books, completed several classes in writing, and have steady writing success.

      I saw no reason to remain entirely concentrated on this video. For one, I was doing something more important whilst I listened to it, two, it wasn't that interesting. The mind is simply the mind and that's what it does, it goes from one thing to another, so what ? If you think you are this body, if you think you are this mind then you have been sucked right in by your mind and are delusional. The mind is a sometimes useful tool and that's all, so concentrate all you want, you still remain on the level of the mind.

    You can multitask on one thing. Do that one thing. It's like work. When you work focus just on work, don't think about your private stuff. That's the point. Most people can't separate private from work. And when you have a big problem no matter what it is, it always pops up in your head, the point is to concetrate to remove it from your mind first thing and get back to focusing on what you've been doing.

    I am so focused that I wrote my current book under 24 hours (and it is pretty good and already have people wanting to buy it) Just the other day I sat for 3 hours, and purged my entire laptop and moved files to a new hard drive and organized everything. Weekly upload 4 to 8 youtube videos on my channel related to writing. I m so focused that I completed 2 courses in writing and two mentorships in poetry all within a year. I am so focused and full of will, that I have dry fasted for days repeatedly and have lost at least 60lbs quickly.

Can u please expound on this essence when u look inside cause otherwise why is there a heart sutra in which it stated , in the perfection of wisdom, there is no more need to attain. I talk out of experience, if you concentrate every thougth of the day in the direction you want, things go your way really really fast, but don't repeat something you don't believe, search a thing in the direction you want you can believe and repeat that thougth over and over, sleap with it, think it every time you can, and in just a few days/ week your subconsious is reprogrammed. But it is nog easy to think every thougth in the direction you want, thats 100% focus like he sais…. And it. Works like magic

    I thank you very much for your wonderful and helpful videos. I look at them quite frequently.
    My message to you today is : We are given a 'Manual for Life'. We are given the Holy Qur'an which many Muslims refer to.....and is Truly the Manual for Life.
    May we understand it and implement it in our lives. Amen.

    Key triggering point is know the true nature of life, else everything will be just words. But the difficult part is to see the life from outside... Which few thrive for and return to see for...
