Again, this message really touched me Cambria. I just broke off a 2.5 year relationship because I felt convicted by God for a long time that I wasn’t supposed to marry him. I had ignored those convictions for a long time. And no one understood why I broke up with him! But I know fully that God has a plan for me, and His plan is better than any I could ever concoct on my own. The patience part really hit me. Being newly single feels weird and it’s hard to distinguish feelings sometimes, but I know now to KEEP MY EYES FIXED ON JESUS! To pursue God fully is the greatest thing one can choose to do in life. The rest will work itself out. I need not worry. I’ve been dwelling on Proverbs 31 for this reason. “She can laugh at the days to come.” Anyway, I love you Cambria! You are my sister in Christ!!❤️ Thank you for your spiritual wisdom and beauty that you share with the world.

It so true once you give it all to God thats when you start seeing blessing you never thought were possible. Just a few months before meeting my boyfriend I said “ok God I’m giving this all to you” and a month later I found the love of my life not even knowing until recently he said the same prayer. God is good all the time! 💗

Yes,great advise. I just lost my husband in 2017 and honestly I lost sooo much my bestfriend, husband,companion and all. But God has kept me strong. We did not have kids and my life changed 100% has been hard but God has kept me going. Blessings your way to the both of you ☺💞

When you were talking about Jesus calming the waves, one way that I thought about it is sometimes when things are going wrong or we feel like we're doing so many things wrong, Jesus isn't worried about the seemingly difficult problem. He is there for us and He takes the overwhelming situation and helps us out of it. Sometimes it isn't about how much we try to fix a problem on our own, when we bring it to Him, He can take the thing that we try so hard to fix and give us so much grace in the midst of it all.
I’ve watched Cambria for a long time, but have never commented. But I have to say this video was so comforting.

I loved this. I've been watching your videos forever. I'm 31, my fiancé is 40 and we are getting married in November 2019. He is Christian and I am jewish. I do go to Bible Study with him to support him and while I fully believe in God, I don't really follow any religion to be honest. That being said, we have SO much in common. I agree with what you said. We started out as friends and after being friends for about 6 months, thats when we started an actual relationship. We did not rush anything and everything was very natural. Neither of us believe in sex before marriage so thats easy. The most difficult part for me is being jewish is having to do pre-martial because the pastors do not accept me. You either have to lie and say you believe in what they want to you to believe in or don't lie and they won't marry you. I absolutely love you and Bo and I wish I could meet you guys. You are so inspiring

Gosh I wish I could have watched this video when I was 15. I wasn’t a very nice person or girlfriend looking back, I dated far too many people, got messed around and messed people around. Including my husband, who clearly is forgiving and kind! I would love to do it all over again with these tips you gave but I am thankful for what I have now

Before I start to watch this, I love your passion for God. I wish I could have that passion. Every time I try and listen to bible studies I get so confused because I don’t really know what you’re talking about..... I believe in God and I want to worship him but it seems like I know nothing about the Bible, so it’s hard for me to understand bible studies. Does this make sense? Hope so. Love you.

Dating with a purpose! I always tell people that if you’re dating someone, keep that end goal in mind. It’s not worth the pain and the hole it will leave in your heart! My husband and I got married in September of this year after dating for 5.5 years. Before we started dating I remember having a conversation with God about how I didn’t want to date in vain. I was tired of hurt! I prayed for the man I wanted and God sure delivered exactly who I needed. It was not perfect at the beginning but God used my husband in incredible ways. He has been a great blessing in my life. My advice to those still looking is to give it to God, pray for your future spouse, and don’t try so hard!

Quick to forgive is the most important thing you could do to keep a happy marriage.
That was really useful advice especially about listening to friends, I’d also add if you think your friend is in a toxic or abusive relationship don’t get discouraged or stop being their friend because they didn’t take your advice about their relationship. People who are in abusive relationships need their friends more than ever and you can be the only thing that helps them remember their value and worth.

Loving the Bible study and my soul is being fed so many gems! I have often wrestled with the parable of the Sower with which one I was on the path when the seed fell and I love that today you pointed out the seed on good soil, that by hearing AND retaining the Word and by PERSEVERANCE producing a good crop. just from your videos, it seems like you and Bo have such a solid relationship. I honestly don't know how you found someone this spiritually mature for you. i'm 24 and, at least where I live, no guys in their mid-to-late 20's are ready to be in a serious relationship. or, the ones that are, are already in that serious relationship. it is honestly just so hard to find good, genuine people. i was in a relationship with someone I could see my myself with forever but ya know, it just didn't work for multiple different reasons. i am in no rush to be in a relationship or get married but when i see people like you two or some of my others friends in happy relationships with good men of God, i do wonder where they are meeting these guys LOL. anyways, love your vlogs so much!

Both my fiancee and myself are subs' :) a great piece of advice I totally agree with: make sure you both know the state (communicate) of the relationship so that you both know you're trying to see marriage compatibility. That intentional statement is important to say, and it's easy to miss.

Omg this video was so eye opening for me. I have a question that I hope you and Bo can address in another vlog. So I’ve been with a guy for 3 years but I just don’t feel like he’s the one God has planned for me and this video just reinforced that feeling. But I have no real or “justifiable” reason to break up with him and I feel stuck and like I’m waiting for him to screw up so I can break up with him. He’s such a great guy tho and i don’t want to lose him as a friend. if u guys could give me some advice on how to peacefully break it off with him that would be so appreciated!

I needed this refresher. Me and my boyfriend were friends for almost a year before we realized we loved each other then became a couple. Six months later we got promised to marry each other once we finish college (I’m 18 and he is 20). We both improve each other’s life and support each other in everything we do. we’ve only had one fight about lack of communication because he didn’t tell me he was keeping his phone at home while he went to the gym since it was dying and he didn’t tell me he was hanging out with multiple friends when he told me he was going out with one. We fixed that argument, but for that to be the only argument ever is pretty good. Recently we’ve decided maybe I should move in with his family in the next couple months so we can see if living together is something we want to do. We plan to look at apartments in the summer or fall next year. I was getting doubtful that maybe we were moving too fast but maybe that’ll be good for us and improve the relationship even more..
The Real Tori I don’t recommend living with each other before marriage! Statistically, people who do this are more likely to divorce. Plus it makes being sexually pure that much harder! Not here to make decisions for you, but I’d definitely be praying for God’s wisdom in that arena! Marriage is all about give and take, choosing to focus on the positives and the little good things for spouse does rather than scrutinizing them for small things. I recommend you watch Jordan Peterson’s UA-cam videos on relationship advice.
Anastasia Harris thank you for the feedback! I probley should of mentioned given the viewers of this channel, that I lost my virginity when I was 12 and my boyfriend has too. We have had sex previously in our relationship, so staying pure isn’t a concern of ours.. with that being said, we are both Catholic and our family’s are both religious (his more than mine) and our religion is something we admire about each other because we never had that in previous relationships. We are very mature and respectful when it comes to us having sex. Sometimes it’s just not in the cards to stay a Virgin given education systems, faith, parenting, and the environment you’re raised in! It just didn’t work out like that for us. Also, I wouldn’t want to marry someone before I moved in with them.. I feel like you learn so much about them, their tendencies, and how they help around the house. If I married someone and they couldn’t help or compromise in the home I definitely wouldn’t stay with them! I just feel like it’s a step in a relationship when you take a trial run on how it would be when you’re married! Thank you again for the advice though!!
