This is a video examining what would these characters be charged with if they were in real life court.

Also, I don't remember correctly, but didn't the murder also increase the temperature of the sun by a significant amount, setting X and Flower on fire or something?

Keep in mind the only reason why flower speaker box has less crime sentences then firey speaker box is because flower speaker box died literally after her first episode
Something to add for FSB:
During 5e, Bubble did get flung, but has canonically died while being flung (as seen in BFDIA 9, when bubble gets revived by Pencil). This would give FSB an involuntary manslaughter charge.

I realized that Marker is the least bad character in the series, he did kill Lollypop like it was nothing, but he really isn't bad, he cares about his team, and we would say that he is more naive and let's hear that he is a teenager because of his stupid behavior. And since he has it, we could say that he has a total of between 15 or 12 to make it more credible, being the least bad on his team and taking care of them.
It's like taco, there are few mistakes and they aren't that bad, something like Bottle, Liy, Gaty, Saw, Tree sometimes, Barbage sometimes.

For the FWSB one, she threw then in a Volcano intentionally, and since we are also considering real life scenario, it would kill everyone instantly just by entering in the crater, occasioning on "attempted mass murder" in the case too, just to consider, and there is also the threat of fall damage since it's so F high up.
