This makes me want to see a "perfect" version of Gilgamesh. His Wisdom and calmer attitude from his Caster version plus the full array of NPs of his Archer version.

Maybe herather chooses not to use it? Using a Weapon with the potential to destroy a World seems to be rather risky and since he is wiser tan Archer Gil, Caster Gil might have determined that the risk isn't worth the benefit?

As a huge fan of Babylonia Gil I love this AMV to bits. The scenes and the song fit together so well. He is such a great character.
