It would be great to know if they can stand up to spraying hair spray, perfume or deodorant on them by mistake and if they hold up to chlorine in swimming pools.

I hate the ring i got from nevaeh. It looks like costume jewelry against my real gold.
The “waterproof” seems such a gimmick for advertising. Ofc gold and silver are waterproof.

They’re saying water won’t cause damage/tarnishing. Not just that it physically repels water lol
Great video Karen, really good idea. It’s a shame some did discolour as the whole point is they are meant to last.
Personally I only wear gold jewellery and I don’t sleep/swim or bath with them on but that’s a personal preference.
My daughter is only able to use platinum for her ears due to allergies and she wears her earring all the time, she swims, sleeps and baths in them with no issue. The only time she dose not have them in is when she changes them round. They are perfect for everyday wear but I realise they do cost a little more than these items your showing. I just feel for the money it’s better to spend a little more on jewellery you really like and you know they won’t get effected by wearing them. That’s just my personal opinion though.

She has been able to sleep and shower with these on and we have not had any issues.
It seems that all of these brands only create the gold look and no waterproof silver looks. Very strange.
