I really liked this video. The biggest surprise for me was how little line you buy. When you look at people like Scott Martin who has line sponsors they got every pound test of both braid and fluoro in the giant spools. I can’t wait to watch you grow in the sport and get to that point in life.
On the Potomac... fish the tide going in and out on the creeks. Outside the creeks look for submerged hydrilla and use traps and cranks. Good luck on your upcoming tournaments.
This is who that package went to I work at tackle warehouse and had to help get all the stuff for this order but I didn’t see the name of who this was going to!! Good luck the rest of the year!!
@@ChristianGreico largest order I’ve ever seen excluding electronics was $9000 of just lures and was sent to a college angler I’m like bro I wish I had money like that for lures.
Save your hands....a full time pro must protect their hands...gloves. Yes unboxings are great 90% of the new products I try I learn about from unboxings and underwater vids ....Safe and best of luck in your dreams !
Our preference was to try and see if we could get the fish to make it through with the clips on and then fizz them at the end of the day. Worked pretty well for us
Seaguar Invizx my fav up here in NY. Fishing in southern NY a 4 inch ned on a #2 ewg ned hooks a killer, stay pinned too. Champlain loaded, youll have a blast
Unboxings are not a favorite of mine, but this one was very good. It was interesting to hear the thought process of a pro who's going to unfamiliar waters to chase unfamiliar species. I'm a Florida guy too, so can somewhat relate. Ringworm? Wow, flashback to Rebel's Ringworm from wayy back in the day. It had that same ringed body; they may have been the first to do it. Good luck up there, Christian, and thanks so much for doing these for us. Let me offer one suggestion if I may, and I do so in the most constructive way: I found my attention often drifting to the music rather than your voice during the video. Music is great for when the presenter first begins to talk, or when transitioning between settings, but it typically fades so that the audience can fully focus on the speaker. I recall you mentioning several videos ago that you were working to improve production quality, so I thought I would offer that tiny suggestion. Maybe it was just me, but it grabbed my attention enough to make it worth mentioning. Then again, I am known to be easily distracted...mainly by blow-ups in the pads. Have a safe trip and best of luck Way Up North!
Hell yea Christian, that’s my kinda tackle purchase!!! I’m a tackle junky so it’s cool to see some of what a pro purchases for himself!! Keep grinding bro, I’ll definitely be watching the derb’s an will be rootin for you!! 💯🔥🤙🏻🎣
I live on table rock and catch spots in 60ft regularly, if you're releasing them, send them str8 back down in water, if you're keeping it and it's not doing well use the fin clips, and if the air bladder is out you have no choice but to fizz it if you're going to box it.
Good unboxing. Can you get info for the Toyotas and/or pro circuits? I know champlain and st law and have events on both coming up in a few weeks. Got a few videos from Champlain from years ago on my channel too. If you need a bed in southern ny when you’re coming through let me know brother! Good luck
Hey man I pour my own 1/2 oz tube hooks in NY. Got a nasty 5/0 victory hook in them. Make them for lake trout and deep smallies. I’ll send you a few packs if you want to try them.
To me the fin clips work and help to allow the fish to burp. When fizzing it’s really easy to kill the fish I always use the clips and they work well for me
@@ChristianGreico when I went to St. Lawrence the fizz clips were the first option and then if needed fizzing. i saw a lot of people who miss the mark with the slimey fish flopping around in a rocking boat and you see at the weigh in fish with missing scales and red marks...
Use both and when you fizz do it by the crushers I wouldnt do it on the fishes side I’ve seen people kill them that way and never had once die fizzing them just behind the fishes crushers
On the st Lawrence concentrate on imitating the gobie. They feed on them alot . I'm leaving next week for their . Made 2 trips their last year . Good luck
You can get away with just using the fin clips most of the time, just put 1 or 2 (if it's a big fish) on the fin and put them in the well. They'll normally balance out within an hour depending on how deep you caught them from. One word of caution when using them is that they will sometimes rip off part of the fin and fall off when you're running in rough water, so just keep that in mind.
Yeah they do have a habit of falling of sometimes. Maybe not so much where they are new but I would definitely keep an eye on the fish and make sure everything is still the way it needs to be
@@ChristianGreico used it for a season throwing topwater. Kept getting small knots that were problematic! I’m guessing flipping yields different results….
Definitely love these tackle unboxing videos
You'll love the ring worms! Catches ALL sizes, everywhere!
Really enjoyed this video - thank you for taking the time to do these!!!

The amount of line some people have is crazy! I don’t really change my line that often so I buy a couple spools at a time.
Good luck on the James and Potomac man! I’m jelly I didn’t sign up for the Potomac toyota it’s my home river. You’ll have a blast #rhythmofthetides🌊
Just found the channel. I really enjoyed this video man! I’ll be pulling for you up north!
been following you a lot lately man. Keep killing it and good luck up north.

Good video bro, Im a tackle junkie so I love unboxing's!
Yea I'm up fishing champlain now tubes and drop shots are working for smallies. Jerk bait aswell.
Cold water and fin clips helps a lot without fizzing them only fix it if the fix continues to turn belly up!
Would rather watch fishing vs unboxing but you keep doing you and I’ll keep watching.

This makes me wanna buy more tackle😂😂
No joke same here hahahaha

I like those videos because I like to see what things pro’s use plus brands of baits, Line Ect!!

I haven’t tried it but G juice hasn’t let me down
The unboxing videos are good also, I would like to see you keep doing them

Good luck up north bud ! Catch some huge smallies they are very fun!
Imma about to do one soon i saved and saved and saved boi! I cant wait for when i order it
I use the fin clips and they work but fall off so they have clips you hook on your cull stuff and they work way better
Definitely like the unboxing videos.
Do more on unboxing tackle video
Do you have a video or list of your main googan baits?
No but if you look through my videos you’ll see me using most of them. My top ones are the Bandito Bug, Nuke Punch, and Slim Shake.
Potomac is a chatter bait , lots of grass and lily pads.
Right up my alley from what I’ve seen
Florida anglers do well on the Potomac and Champlain lots of grass. You will do well up here
U used red label as ur main line on ur baitcasters? It don’t have to much memory?
Yep. It’s not the best but it’s the cheapest and never breaks on me.
Looking forward to the new content!

No info for pro circuit
Christian, Was hoping you would have pulled a Catch Commander out of the box for B-Lat.....just sayin'.
I’ve been telling him!
None of my fish on Champlain needed clips or fizzing and we caught a lot. Never been to st law tho

Dm me on Instagram! @cgreicofishing
what do you use the owner cover hooks for ?
Drop shot
Where are you buying the red label 1000yd 15lb dude I cant find it anywhere tired of buying 200 yrds at a time
They have it on tackle warehouse

65lb braid for bass? Never seen that
that net already has a loop cut in it btw
Hope that 832 doesn’t knot up on ya! Absolutely hated it! Go get em!

good day, Bravo!execllent channel-
boat organizing video
Use the fin clips instead of fizzing better get more though big fish require 2 clips
Hope you got a low interest rate on that tackle loan!
This is why everything is out of stock!! Lmao
Yep...u buy...or u cry... LMAO
As a pro can you write off tackle purchases on your taxes? I would imagine so bc it’s a tool.
Yes
✨✝️😇✨
Good job spoil yourself to some tackle , I’ll do the same if I every win 100k lol
Keep the videos coming, enjoy it
You either fizz or clip
I buy so much tackle and cant catch a fish to save my life
No way they send you stuff in that box.
All tax deductible!
that net has a hole in it already
Kill the background music....it is distracting.
Check out seaguar basix 101. Cheaper then red label and much better. It between red label and invisx. But cheaper
