Paint the exterior, maybe shutters and/or window boxes, exterior plants and flowers, flowers at the mailbox, a door wreath, and a door mat. Maybe a bird feeder and birdbath. Home Sweet Home.

What would be great if people would put a sign in their yard stating you can cut my yard for free just put a note in my mailbox/door a couple of days before that way they would know who to thank. Please keep up the good work I love watching your videos.
You need the owner's permission because they can sue the mowers...especially if one is injured.

What a ton of work. Too bad you can't sell all that cut grass and wood. You'd make a fortune. For a property this big I think you should at least charge for the gas and trash removal fees. Excellent and thorough job.

The homeowner is obviously simply young, able bodied, and very lazy.
I like watching these types of videos that assist the elderly or the infirm, but to see this young woman receive a mowing & clean-up, it's actually disappointing.

I don't get it. Why didn't she want you to ask for permission? Also, a 53 minute video isn't a "short."
She did not have time to speak with them. Her lifestyle should not be interrupted.
She would have had it done sooner if they hadn't waited to get permission
