The biggest problem was him trying that in slippery dress shoes, lol. If he'd have had proper grippy sneakers and really put his full might into it, he could drag that rock. The fact that he got it moving a bit even if the horrible shoes shows it would be possible with proper footwear ;)

A medicine ball isnt a solid rock. For that rock to be able to be carved like that into a smooth ball, it would be granite or marble and would weigh probably 500-750 pounds.
