The first and second acts of this particular production of Paquita were staged with original concept and choreography by Yuri Smekalov, but the third act (the classic Grand Pas with all the variations) was recreated/staged by Yuri Burlaka - and unlike previous Kirov/Mariinsky Paquita Grand Pas where the variations could change depending on the night, this set of variations was fixed.

I meant in the context of the original Vestakla ballet, which featured gods and goddesses, Drigo composed the music for an additional Cupid variation there. There are lots of Cupids out there in the ballet world )) However, we don't refer to this variation as "Cupid" today, but simply "Vestalka".
