1. Power of attorney is needed if an agency will make the application on your behalf , you will need this power of attorney to authorize them to carry out the process for you !
2. The compulsory service is only for the Turkish citizens .
3. If you have passed plab1, amc , usmle 1&2 , you do not need to sit for the STS exam .

I guess it would be easier to persue our PG residency in English than in any other language as most of the IMGs have been through their UG residency in English...Kindly give us some idea about the residency programs in Singapore, South Africa,Malaysia, Phillipines, Scandinavian countries etc
