    Incredible and inspiring. Hats off to the scientists and engineers who make such discoveries possible. They are the very best of human kind.

      It's just unfortunate tho. We have so much potential in terms of technology but technology is only developed when it involves killing one another or satisfying consumers. Just look at ww2 and the space age lol those people had endless amount of money and they got to the moon and back IN THE 60s. Ww2 invented basically everything(jets, radar, night vision, radar stealth planes etc etc

    I love that Pluto turned out to be so interesting. It may not be a planet anymore, but it's such an amazing place.

      It's still a planet, they just gave it the classification of dwarf planet. I'm pointing this out not necessarily to you, but to those who believe that Pluto - in any form - doesn't exist. And sadly yes, there are actually morons like that.

    Charon is orbiting so close to Pluto that it's reasonable to think that is why there is geologic activity on Pluto. That would suggest there may bey activity on Charon as well.

      YES! Actually there are at least 6 planet/asteroids (whatever you want to call them) orbiting each other.

    This is one of the greatest achievements of mankind. Heck, just _getting there_ in the right spot at the right time was a huge achievement. But those images... They are mind-blowingly awesome, incredible, and any other such adjectives and superlatives you can think of.

    I was so excited for this mission. I've been fascinated by Pluto since I was a child, and didn't know how I was going to bear the wait from 2006 to the fly-by. I remember seeing footage arriving bit by bit and becoming more and more focused as the probe got closer. The best bit was seeing that it was red!

    When we were on Horsehead, only five of us could land on Pluto and survive but suffered physical injury until we figured out the right size to be. It’s different for different Plutos. Chiron is Wax Doll Pluto which as the least pressure and extreme temperature. Wax dolls don’t like pressure. They don’t like too much heat. Chiron’s environment is similar to that of Horsehead.

  • @expecto1982
    @expecto1982 10 місяців тому

    For Dark Mercury, Pluto feels cold. Pluto is not meant to be cold. For Plutonians, they go to Pluto because they are even older and darker than what Dark Mars can provide. For someone who has gone very small inside, your soul is about the size of mouse, rather than a monkey or a piglet, Pluto makes you feel bigger than a mouse. The only truly cold planet is Uranus. Pluto is very very dense. So it has the ability to squish dark matter into shape and make you feel bigger than what you were.

    Personally, I see no issue with taking pluto out of the"planet" category as such. The backbone of science is precise language. Pluto isn't just a planet, It's a special kind of one, called a dwarf planet. Science and it's exactitude, Allow for
    Detailed Exploration.
    If only theology was as precise, with exact, linguistic precision.
