Hey. I got you covered if you need any ideas to help with congestion! I’ve grown up with chronic allergies and something that always helps me is putting vix vapor rub on my feet with socks on before bed! Also, I highly recommend getting a nasal rinse machine! That changed everything for me! It works wonders! Love you all so much! Thanks for sharing the chiropractor part! Love learning all these things that go into making a tour happen.
